Abstract

Proses pengadaan barang & jasa merupakan hal vital yang perlu perhatian lebih. Perusahaan merupakan pemilik rencana pekerjaan yang memerlukan vendor/ supplier dalam pengadaan/ pembelian barang maupun pekerjaan fisik/ konstruksi. Sehingga pemilihan vendor/ supplier merupakan hal penting bagi sebuah perusahaan, karena berhubungan dengan pengadaan bahan baku, part mesin, yang berpengaruh pada kelancaran proses bisnis. Salah satu material rutin yang dibutuhkan PT. Semen Gresik dalam menjalankan proses produksi adalah pembelian batubara. Untuk kebutuhan domestik sendiri, batubara menjadi barang langka. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada stok harian batubara dari PT. Semen Gresik dari Agustus hingga Desember 2021 yang selalu di bawah stok minimum kebutuhan. PT. Semen Gresik harus membuat strategi yang dapat mengamankan pasokan batubaranya. Kebutuhan harian batubara untuk satu line pabrik adalah 1.700 ton. Perkiraan kebutuhan bulanan Pabrik Rembang ini membutuhkan batubara sebesar 51.000 ton. Dalam rentang tahun 2020 hingga saat ini (Februari 2022), ada tujuh supplier yang aktif mendistribusikan batubara ke PT. Semen Gresik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan seleksi atas supplier yang telah menjadi rekanan PT. Semen Gresik dan melakukan penentuan kapasitas supply batubara dari masing – masing supplier terpilih. Karena kriteria pemilihan supplier terdiri atas beberapa kriteria, maka dalam penelitian ini seleksi supplier akan dilakukan dengan metode Analytical Hieararchy Process (AHP). Kajian AHP dilakukan dengan tahapan awal menentukan struktur hirarkinya, kemudian menentukan bobot kriteria maupun subkriteria. Dilakukan uji konsistensi hingga didapat nilai consistency ratio <= 0,1. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis sensitivitas yang akhirnya didapat tiga supplier terbaik yang diprioritaskan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan batubara PT. Semen Gresik. Untuk mendapatkan biaya pembelian minimal dari 3 supplier terpilih, kapasitas batubara dari masing-masing supplier akan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode pemrograman linier (linear programming). Berdasarkan kajian AHP, didapat tiga supplier terpilih yaitu IMK dengan nilai 0,2174; DBM dengan nilai 0,1677; dan SAE dengan nilai 0,1501. Masing-masing supplier tersebut memasok batubara dengan jumlah : IMK sebesar 8.222 ton, DBM sebesar 7.688 ton, dan SAE sebesar 35.090 ton

The process of procuring goods and services is vital and needs more attention. The company is the owner of a work plan that requires a vendor or supplier for the procurement or purchase of goods or physical or construction work. So the selection of vendors and suppliers is important for a company because it is related to the procurement of raw materials and machine parts, which affect the smooth running of business processes. One of the routine materials needed by PT. Semen Gresik in carrying out the production process is the purchase of coal. For domestic needs, coal became a rare item. This condition has an impact on the daily stock of coal from PT. Semen Gresik from August to December 2021, which is always below the minimum stock needed. PT. Semen Gresik must come up with a strategy that can secure its coal supply. The daily need for coal for one line of the plant is 1,700 tons. The estimated monthly needs of the Rembang Plant require 51,000 tons of coal. In the span of 2020 to date (February 2022), there are seven suppliers who are actively distributing coal to PT. Semen Gresik. The purpose of this study is to select suppliers who have become partners of PT. Semen Gresik and determine the coal supply capacity of each selected supplier. Because the supplier selection criteria consist of several criteria, in this study, supplier selection will be carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP studies begin with determining the hierarchical structure, followed by determining the weight of criteria and subcriteria. A consistency test is performed until a consistency ratio of <= 0.1 is achieved. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis was carried out, which finally identified the three best suppliers who were prioritized to be able to meet the coal needs of PT. Semen Gresik. To get a minimum purchase cost from three selected suppliers, the coal capacity of each supplier will be determined using the linear programming method. Based on the AHP study, three selected suppliers were obtained, namely IMK with a value of 0.2174, DBM with a value of 0.1677, and SAE with a value of 0.1501. Each of these suppliers supplies coal in the amount of: IMK of 8,222 tons, DBM of 7,688 tons, and SAE of 35,090 tons
