Abstract
Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri (BSPJI) Surabaya, memiliki salah satu komoditi uji yakni pengujian Kinerja Kipas Angin. Pengujian Kinerja Kipas Angin, ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat tanda label hemat energi yang ditentukan dari klasifikasi Nilai Servis dan diameter sample kipas angin yang diuji. Akan tetapi sejauh ini, pengambilan data di BSPJI Surabaya masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggeser posisi anemometer dan mencatat hasil beberapa parameter pengujian. Pengambilan data secara manual menyebabkan ketidakefektifan pengujian dari segi waktu serta kurangnya ketelitian dan kepresisian data pengujian yang didapat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat mengotomatisasi pengujian Kinerja Kipas Angin. Prinsip kerja dari sistem yang dibuat adalah sistem monitor dan kontrol serta pengakuisisi data yang dilengkapi HMI (Human Machine Interface) dengan klasifikasi metode Fuzzy. Penggunaan metode Fuzzy dipilih karena adanya pembentukan himpunan Fuzzy untuk input Nilai Servis dan diameter yang dapat memberikan penegasan output dari komposisi aturan-aturan Fuzzy dalam menghasilkan ketelitian tingkat tanda label hemat energi pada pengujian Kinerja Kipas Angin. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, waktu setiap pengujian dapat berkurang selama 25 menit dan mendapatkan jumlah pengujian sebanyak 6 pengujian / hari dengan persentase kenaikan jumlah pengujian / hari sebesar 50%. Penambahan faktor koreksi pada sensor daya alat mampu mengurangi nilai eror sebesar 0,81% menjadi 0,16% dengan rata-rata ketelitian 0,05. Kepresisian data pengujian yang didapatkan pada tiga kali percobaan pengambilan data memiliki tingkat kepresisian yang sangat presisi dengan nilai RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) sebesar 0,48%. Kinerja sistem menggunakan logika fuzzy pada penelitian ini mampu memberikan ketelitian tingkat tanda label hemat energi.

Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri (BSPJI) Surabaya, has one of the test commodities namely fan performance testing. Fan Performance Testing, is intended to determine the level of energy-saving label marks determined from the Service Value classification and the diameter of the fan samples tested. However, so far, data collection at BSPJI Surabaya is still done manually by shifting the position of the anemometer and recording the results of several test parameters. Manual data retrieval causes ineffectiveness of testing in terms of time and lack of accuracy and precision of the test data obtained. This research was conducted to overcome these problems by building a system that can automate fan performance testing. The working principle of the system created is a monitoring and control system as well as data acquisition that is equipped with an HMI (Human Machine Interface) with a Fuzzy classification method. The use of the Fuzzy method was chosen because of the formation of a Fuzzy set for the input of Service Value and diameter which can provide confirmation of the output of the composition of Fuzzy rules in producing the accuracy of the level of energy saving label marks in Fan Performance testing. With this research, the time for each test can be reduced by 25 minutes and get the number of tests as many as 6 tests / day with a percentage increase in the number of tests / day by 50%. The addition of a correction factor to the tool's power sensor can reduce the error value by 0.81% to 0.16% with an average accuracy of 0.05. The precision of the test data obtained in three data collection trials has a very high level of precision with an RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) value of 0.48%. System performance using fuzzy logic in this study is able to provide energy-saving label marking level accuracy.
