Abstract

Banawa Nusantara 81 adalah kapal yang dimanfaatkan untuk mengangkut wisatawan pada satu rute saja yaitu dari Malili menuju Pulau Bulupoloe di kawasan pantai Teluk Bone Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Kapal dioperasikan dengan sistem charter yang menyebabkan biaya sewa relatif mahal, sehingga wisatawan kurang berminat untuk berkunjung. Hal ini menyebabkan frekuensi operasi kapal rendah, 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun. Di sepanjang pantai Kabupaten Luwu Timur ada beberapa obyek wisata unggulan yang dapat dipakai sebagai daerah tujuan singgah kapal wisata tersebut, sehingga diharapkan utilitas kapal meningkat. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pemanfaatan kapal Banawa Nusantara 81, menentukan pola operasi dan rancangan kapal yang akan diterapkan di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode yang dipakai adalah multiport relay traveling salesman problem (TSP). Dengan menggunakan 4 (empat) obyek wisata, rute operasi kapal terpilih Lampia – Pulau Bulupoloe – Wotu – Malili – Lampia – Pulau Bulupoloe – Lampia. Dengan menggunakan metode cost based pricing diperoleh biaya satuan kapal sebesar Rp 68.792 (Rp/pax/nm), sehingga didapatkan tarif layanan berdasarkan jarak operasional yaitu Rp 40.000 (Wotu - Malili), Rp 95.000 (Wotu - Lampia), Rp 113.000 (Wotu - Pulau Bulupoloe), Rp 27.000 (Malili – Lampia), Rp 52.000 (Malili - Pulau Bulupoloe), Rp 16.000 (Lampia - Pulau Bulupoloe), dan Rp 113.000 (Pulau Bulupoloe – Wotu).

Banawa Nusantara 81 is a boat that is used to carry tourists in a single route, that is, from Malili to Bulupoloe Island on Bay of Bone coastal area, East Luwu District. The boat has to be chartered making the rates is relatively high, so that the tourists is less interested to visit. This makes the operational frequency of the boat is low, three times in a year. Along the coastal area of East Luwu District, there are several main tourists spots that can be used to as destination of the boat, in order to increase its utilization. The objective of this Final Project is to identify potential of Banawa Nusantara 81 boat, to obtain operational pattern and the design which will be applied at East Luwu District. Method used is multiport relay traveling salesman problem (TSP). By using 4 (four) tourist destinations, the selected route is Lampia – Pulau Bulupoloe – Wotu – Malili – Lampia – Pulau Bulupoloe – Lampia. By applying cost based pricing method, the unit cost of the boat can be obtained: Rp 68,792 (Rp/pax/nm). Tariff based on the distance are Rp 40,000 (Wotu - Malili), Rp 95,000 (Wotu - Lampia), Rp 113,000 (Wotu - Pulau Bulupoloe), Rp 27,000 (Malili – Lampia), Rp 52,000 (Malili - Pulau Bulupoloe), Rp 16,000 (Lampia - Pulau Bulupoloe), and Rp 113,000 (Pulau Bulupoloe – Wotu).
