Abstract

Layanan berbasis digital meningkat dengan sangat pesat, khususnya pada sector telemedis, sehingga sebagian besar masyarakat juga mengalami perubahan perilaku dan beradaptasi pada keadaan yang terus bergerak secara dinamis. Layanan digital telemedis digunakan sebagai alternatif masyarakat dalam penanganan kesehatannya, namun ada beberapa sektor telemedis yang masih minim penggunaannya, seperti sarana untuk melakukan tes/screening penyakit tertentu berbasis online (tidak perlu tatap muka). Masyarakat pun terpaksa untuk melakukan pertemuan tatap muka dengan pihak rumah sakit atau klinik hanya untuk melakukan tes beberapa penyakit spesifik yang sebenarnya dapat dilakukan secara remote atau jarak jauh. Ada beberapa faktor yang membuat hal ini tidak efektif, yaitu dari segi waktu, biaya, serta tenaga. Beberapa hal lain seperti biaya yang dikeluarkan, waktu riset, serta maintenance yang cukup tinggi membuat pihak rumah sakit atau institusi enggan untuk melakukan inovasi pemberlakuan tes penyakit secara online. Website APADOK merupakan pihak ketiga antara pasien dan rumah sakit atau institusi yang fungsinya sebagai sarana pemantauan data-data serta hasil tes penyakit pasien oleh rumah sakit atau klinik. Perancangan layout desain antarmuka website APADOK dilakukan dengan benchmarking terhadap undirect competitor, yaitu KlinikGo. Website KlinikGo memiliki beberapa kekurangan, diantaranya adalah tidak ada artikel Kesehatan yang dapat dibaca, website KlinikGo juga memiliki target market praktisi mandiri yang ingin membangun klinik sendiri, sedangkan APADOK merupakan pihak ketiga penyedia jasa screening penyakit. APADOK juga memiliki 2 platform pendukung yang berbentuk web dan mobile app. Tampilan KlinikGo juga memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti penggunaan gambar yang tidak konsisten (jenis gambarnya), peletakkan beberapa komponen yang masih belum seragam, serta penggunaan spacing yang sedikit terlalu lebar, sehingga menimbulkan white space yang terlalu luas. Tugas Akhir ini akan membahas mengenai perancangan antarmuka website APADOK menggunakan pendekatan inovatif user-centered design dan teori Gestalt UI/UX untuk mendapatkan hasil antarmuka serta pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Perancangan desain website APADOK meliputi pengumpulan daftar kebutuhan fitur website, user persona, wireframe, desain final, pelaksanaan testing sistem terhadap responden, analisa hasil testing sistem (SEQ & SUS), serta iterasi desain sehingga tercipta desain final yang diharapkan. Perancangan antarmuka website APADOK pada Tugas Akhir ini memiliki tujuan akhir pemenuhan standar minimum Single Ease Question (SEQ) dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode ujicoba website APADOK dibantu oleh penilaian Single Ease Question (SEQ) dan System Usability Scale (SUS), berupa form yang diisikan oleh responden. Responden Admin memiliki nilai rata-rata SEQ 6.6, sedangkan untuk peran institusi memiliki nilai rata-rata SEQ 6.6. Responden Admin memiliki nilai SUS 90.5, sedangkan responden Institusi memiliki nilai rata-rata SUS 86. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, website APADOK dapat dikatakan memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang sudah melebihi standar SEQ dan SUS.

Digital-based services are increasing very rapidly, especially in the telemedicine sector, so that most people are also experiencing changes in behavior and adapting to conditions that continue to move dynamically. Digital telemedicine services are used as an alternative for the community in handling their health, but there are several telemedicine sectors that are still minimally used, such as online-based facilities for conducting tests/screening for certain diseases (no need to face-to-face). The community is also forced to hold face-to-face meetings with the hospital or clinic just to do tests for some specific diseases which can actually be done remotely or remotely. There are several factors that make this ineffective, namely in terms of time, cost, and effort. Several other things, such as costs incurred, research time, and relatively high maintenance make hospitals or institutions reluctant to innovate to implement online disease testing. The APADOK website is a third party between the patient and the hospital or institution whose function is as a means of monitoring data and patient disease test results by the hospital or clinic. The layout design of the APADOK website interface design was carried out by benchmarking against an indirect competitor, namely KlinikGo. The KlinikGo website has several drawbacks, including that there are no health articles that can be read, the KlinikGo website also has a target market for independent practitioners who want to build their own clinic, while APADOK is a third party provider of disease screening services. APADOK also has 2 supporting platforms in the form of a web and mobile app. KlinikGo's display also has several drawbacks such as the use of inconsistent images (image types), the placement of some components that are still not uniform, and the use of spacing that is a little too wide, resulting in too wide white space. This final project will discuss the design of the APADOK website interface using an innovative user-centered design approach and Gestalt UI/UXtheory to get good interface results and user experience. The APADOK website design includes collecting a list of website feature requirements, user personas, wireframes, final designs, implementing system testing on respondents, analyzing system testing results (SEQ & SUS), as well as design iterations so as to create the expected final design. The design of the APADOK website interface in this Final Project has the ultimate goal of fulfilling the minimum standards of the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The APADOK website trial method is assisted by the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment, in the form of a form filled in by the respondent. Admin respondents have an average SEQ score of 6.6, while institutional roles have an average SEQ score of 6.6. Admin respondents have a score of SUS 90.5, while institutional respondents have an average score of SUS 86. From the results of these calculations, it can be said that the APADOK website has a level of usability that already exceeds the SEQ and SUS standards.
