Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menjadi tantangan bagi sektor perikanan yang ada di Indonesia. Sebagai sebuah bisnis, perlu untuk memiliki sebuah konsep makanan ringan yang variatif dan kekinian. Menurut (Villasante, 2019) sektor perikanan memainkan peran penting di negara maju dan berkembang, mempekerjakan ratusan juta orang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, menyediakan makanan dan menegaskan identitas budaya masyarakat pesisir serta berkontribusi untuk bertahan hidup. D’Kruig sendiri merupakan perusahaan makanan ringan dengan berbahan dasar kulit ikan yang diberi variasi bumbu rasa yang kekinian. D’Kruig sendiri memiliki potensi yang sangat besar, karena dalam kategori bisnis yang sama belum ada produk yang menyamai dengan produk kami. Sehingga membuat kami yakin akan potensi di masa depan bahwa D’Kruig mampu membuat pasar sendiri dalam kategori makanan ringan berbahan dasar kulit ikan kakap dan salmon. Dengan melakukan teknik Marketing Communication Mix yang terdiri dari Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, Public Relation dan Advertising dan menambahkan Design Thinking.

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a challenge for the fisheries sector in Indonesia. As a business, it is necessary to have a varied and up-to-date snack concept. According to (Villasante, 2019) the fisheries sector plays an important role in both developed and developing countries, employing hundreds of millions of people directly or indirectly, providing food and confirming the cultural identity of coastal communities and contributing to survival. D'Kruig itself is a snack food company made from fish skin which is given a variety of contemporary flavors. D'Kruig itself has enormous potential, because in the same business category there are no products that match ours. So that makes us confident about the potential in the future that D'Kruig is able to create its own market in the category of snacks made from snapper skin and salmon. By carrying out Marketing Communication Mix techniques consisting of Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising and adding Design Thinking.
