Abstract
Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mengupayakan untuk memberikan transportasi umum yang memadai seperti Bus Suroboyo. Adapun kondisi Bus Suroboyo saat ini semakin menurun peminat, hal ini dikarenakan metode pembayarannya dirasa cukup rumit dan lokasi halte Bus Suroboyo cukup jauh dari pemukiman. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai proporsi permintaan dan perpindahan moda apabila Mikrolet dijadikan sebagai feeder Bus Suroboyo. Salah satu lokasi yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini adalah rute gunung anyar - kenjeran, hal ini dikarenakan rute tersebut adalah rute dengan jumlah terendah. Kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini antara lain melakukan survey kepada masyarakat yang beraktivitas di dalam dan melewati rute gunung anyar - kenjeran, melakukan pembuatan rute menggunakan metode network analysis dan melakukan analisa jangkauan pelayanan menggunakan metode service area. Dari hasil yang diperoleh didapatkan bahwa 67% masyarakat yang beraktivitas di rute gunung anyar - kenjeran tidak menuju lokasi di sekitar rute gunung anyar - kenjeran, melainkan hanya lewat saja untuk sampai ke lokasi tujuannya. Selanjutnya data matriks asal dan tujuan yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner akan dijadikan referensi lokasi Mikrolet stop untuk selanjutnya di analisa jangkauan pelayanan rutenya. Adapun hasil analisis jangkaun pelayanan menunjukan bahwa seluruh alternatif lokasi Mikrolet yang direkomendasikan telah memenuhi kriteria layanan yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat yaitu 500meter dari lokasi tinggal. Rute alternatif yang dibuat menggunakan Network Analysis memiliki panjang rute lebih dari 10 km hal ini dikarenakan pembuatan rute dilakukan per kelurahan. Hasil dari analisis proporsi permintaan moda dan perpindahan moda menujukan bahwa 75% masyarakat mau menaiki Mikrolet apabila tidak dikenakan biaya, selain itu masyarakat mengharapkan adanya peningkatan kenyaman pada kendaraan Mikrolet.

The Surabaya City Government seeks to provide adequate public transportation such as the Bus Suroboyo. The current condition of the Bus Suroboyo is decreasing, this is because the payment method is considered quite complicated and the location of the Bus Suroboyo stop is quite far from settlements. For this reason, this research was conducted to provide an overview of the probability of demand and mode shift if Mikrolet is used as a feeder for Bus Suroboyoes. One of the locations chosen for this research is the Gunung Anyar - Kenjeran route, this is because this route is the route with the lowest number. Activities carried out to complete this research include conducting surveys of people who are active on and through the gunung anyar - kenjeran route, constructing routes using the network analysis method and analyzing service coverage using the service area method. From the results obtained, it was found that 67% of the people who were active on the gunung anyar - kenjeran route did not go to locations around the gunung anyar - kenjeran route, but only passed through to get to their destination. Furthermore, the origin and destination matrix data obtained from the results of the questionnaire will be used as a reference for the location of Mikrolet stops for further analysis of the range of service routes. The results of the service range analysis show that all recommended public transportation alternative locations meet the service criteria expected by the community, namely 500 meters from the residence. Alternative routes made using Network Analysis have a route length of more than 10 km, this is because the route is made per village. The results of the probability analysis of modal demand and modal shift show that 75% of the public are willing to take public transportation if they are not charged a fee, besides that the community expects an increase in the comfort of public transportation vehicles.
