Abstract

In 2017 ITS inaugurated the campus bus, but this bus is only run on certain occasions and is now no longer operated. So that its students now use their private vehicles and walk to the intended location within the ITS campus area. From the existing conditions above and future conditions where cars and motorbikes are only allowed to park in the ITS roundabout parking building, Mulyosari roundabout, and dormitories, it is necessary to plan a route for the Trans Semanggi Suroboyo bus, Suroboyo bus, or feeder bus again by entering the road inside the campus area. ITS which is expected to reduce the use of private vehicles around the ITS campus. In planning this rerouting, a state preference survey was used to the ITS academic community using a google form which would be analyzed so that the desired demand was obtained. So from this data, we can get a new route for city buses that enter the ITS campus area. Then a city bus stop can be planned in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Engineering Stops for Public Passenger Vehicles" issued by the Ministry of Transportation and "Minimum Service Standards for Road-Based Mass Transportation" from the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 10 of 2012. The results of the data analysis show that the demand for bus transportation that is planned to pass through the ITS campus for each user of motorbikes, cars and online motorcycle taxis is 2400, 1309 and 218 passengers. The number of stops that need to be provided in the ITS environment for this mode of bus transportation are 7 stops spread across several locations.
