Abstract
PT. Petrokimia Gresik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produsen pupuk yang terbesar dan terlengkap di Indonesia. Salah satu dari kegiatan proses produksi adalah proses produksi pupuk ZA (Ammonium Sulfate), dari kegiatan produksi Ammonium Sulfate terdapat produk samping berupa limbah padat, limbah cair dan limbah padat. Dampak dari permasalahan limbah ini berpengaruh pada rate operasi Pabrik ZA I/III hanya sebesar 80% dari desain awal pabrik. Secara aspek manajemen Green Productivity perusahaan wajib taat pada Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No 22 tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup serta mendukung program PROPER. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab tingginya sumber limbah, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi jumlah input, output dan pengelolaan lingkungan, dimana dari ketiga aspek tersebut akan dilihat seberapa besar produktivitas perusahaan untuk selanjutnya diberikan rancangan strategi alternatif solusi Green Productivity dengan menggunakan Metode Pareto Diagram, Cause & Effect Diagram dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan analisis Business Model Canvas. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan sumber limbah paling dominan di Pabrik ZA adalah limbah gas berupa ammonia sebesar 113,4 Ton/tahun, selanjutnya alternatif terpilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dominan tersebut dengan membuat X-scrubber baru pada outlet E-301 A sebelum menuju condenser dan melakukan mechanical cleaning pada condenser dengan kemampuan recycle emisi sebesar 111,84 Ton/Tahun, biaya investasi yang dibutuhkan senilai Rp 25.100.000,- dan berhasil mendapatkan biaya penghematan dari limbah gas menjadi produk sebesar Rp 4.941.940.000,- perbaikan ini berhasil meningkatkan rate produksi menjadi 111% dengan proses yang tetap ramah lingkungan dan menghasilkan produk baru ammonia cair dari waste to product. Peningkatan produksi dari hasil perbaikan di pabrik ZA I pada tahun 2021-2022 dihasilkan sebesar 9.912 ton. Secara Business Model Canvas juga telah dievaluasi terdapat 8 kolom BMC yang perlu diperbaiki agar dihasilkan proses bisnis yang lebih luas dan efektif.

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a company engaged in the largest and most comprehensive fertilizer producer in Indonesia. One of the production process activities is the ZA (Ammonium Sulfate) fertilizer production process, from the Ammonium Sulfate production activities there are side products in the form of solid waste, liquid waste and solid waste. The impact of this waste problem affects the operating rate of ZA I/III Plant which is only 80% of the factory's initial design. In terms of Green Productivity management, the company must comply with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management and support the PROPER program. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause high sources of waste, then evaluate the amount of input, output and environmental management, where from these three aspects it will be seen how big the productivity of the company is then be given alternative strategy designs for Green Productivity solutions using the Pareto Diagram Method, Cause & Effect Diagram and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Business Model Canvas analysis. The results of this study showed that the most dominant source of waste at the ZA Factory was gaseous waste in the form of ammonia of 113.4 tons/year, then the alternative was chosen to solve this dominant problem by making a new X-scrubber at the E-301 A outlet before going to the condenser and carrying out mechanical cleaning on the condenser with the ability to recycle emissions of 111.84 tons/year, the required investment cost is Rp. 25,100,000. to 111% with a process that is still environmentally friendly and produces a new liquid ammonia product from waste to product. The increase in production from the results of repairs at the ZA I factory in 2021-2022 was produced by 9,912 tons. The Business Model Canvas has also been evaluated, there are 8 BMC columns that need to be improved in order to produce broader and more effective business processes.
