Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia. Guna meningkatkan jumlah produksi minyak bumi dan juga gas bumi akan dilaksanakan beberapa proyek. Data 6 proyek terakhir menunjukkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek sebesar 38,28% dan penambahan biaya sebesar 10,42% sehingga perusahaan memerlukan indikator untuk menilai kinerja kontraktor guna menjadi acuan perbaikan kinerja kontraktor pada proyek selanjutnya. Metode Pairwise Comparison yang berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan expert dan kuesioner dianalisis dengan uji validasi, reliabilitas dan analisis hipotesis. Didapatkan kinerja kontraktor terbagi dalam 7 kriteria utama dan 30 sub kriteria menghasilkan kriteria utama Kualitas sebagai kriteria dengan skor tertinggi sebesar 22,74% dan kriteria Keuangan sebagai kriteria paling rendah dengan nilai 9,06%. Implementasi model penilaian kinerja kontraktor pada 3 kontraktor yang dinilai menghasilkan kontraktor B sebagai kontraktor dengan nilai 80,80% kemudian kontraktor C sebesar 80,06% dan kontraktor A sebesar 65,46%. Kriteria Kualitas memiliki bobot kepentingan paling tinggi dengan sub kriteria berupa Kualitas Kontruksi, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hasil konstruksi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi dalam penilaian kinerja kontraktor

PT. XYZ is one of the oil and gas exploration and production companies in Indonesia. In order to increase total oil production and natural gas several projects will be carried out. Based data for the last 6 projects shows a delay in project completion of 38.28% and an additional cost of 10.42% so companies need indicators to assess contractor performance to become a reference for improving contractor performance in future projects. The Pairwise Comparison method which is based on the results of interviews with experts and questionnaires is analyzed by validation tests, reliability and hypothesis analysis. It was found that the contractor's performance was divided into 7 main criteria and 30 sub criteria resulting that Quality as the criterion with the highest score of 22.74% and Financial criteria as the lowest criterion with a value of 9.06%. The implementation of the contractor performance assessment model on 3 contractors is resulting that contractor B as a contractor highest value of 80.80%, contractor C with 80.06% and contractor A with 65.46%. The Quality Criteria has the highest importance weight with the sub-criteria in the form of Construction Quality, this shows that the quality of the construction results has the highest influence on evaluating contractor performance.
