Abstract

Keputusan pemilihan lokasi merupakan suatu keputusan yang memerlukan pertimbangan matang dan mungkin merupakan salah satu yang sukar dihadapi manajemen suatu Bank. Lokasi yang strategis merupakan faktor prioritas pertimbangan bagi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) untuk investasi Kantor Cabang Utama (KCU). Saat ini BSI Cabang Kusumanegara memiliki tiga (3) alternatif investasi outlet, yakni Gedung Jalan Diponegoro, Gedung KFC-UIN Sunan Kalijaga, dan Gedung Kedaulatan Rakyat (GKR) Jalan P. Mangkubumi. Masalah yang dialami oleh perusahaan adalah sulitnya menentukan lokasi mana yang strategis dari tiga (3) alternatif lokasi yang memiliki performansi terbaik. Pada penelitian ini, tahap awal yang dilakukan adalah penentuan kriteria-kriteria dalam memilih lokasi outlet dilanjutkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan dengan kriteria dan alternatif yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya dan kuesioner ini diberikan kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner menjadi input dalam analisis seleksi lokasi investasi outlet terbaik untuk BSI cabang Kusumanegara melalui pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analisis data menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan urutan kriteria mulai dari urutan 1 sampai 6 berturut – turut adalah lokasi geografis, biaya investasi, sarana prasarana, potensi ekonomi, jumlah LKS kompetitor, dan tingkat kriminalitas. Dari metode pengambilan keputusan menggunakan AHP Gedung Jalan Diponegoro mendapatkan prioritas tertinggi sebagai lokasi BSI Kantor Cabang Utama Kusumanegara. Divalidasi dengan melakukan analisis sensitivitas simulasi perubahan bobot kriteria, tidak terdapat urutan alternatif yang berubah dari urutan alternatif awal. Hal ini berarti solusi alternatif lokasi yang telah diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode AHP, yakni Gedung Diponegoro sudah optimal.

Decision to select a location requires careful consideration and may be one of a bank management problems that is difficult to solve. The strategic location is a priority factor in a consideration of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for investment in Main Branch Offices (KCU). Currently BSI Kusumanegara Branch has three (3) alternative investment outlets, namely the Diponegoro Street Building, the KFC-UIN Sunan Kalijaga Building, and the People's Sovereignty Building (GKR) P. Mangkubumi Street. The problem experienced by the company is the difficulty of determining which strategic location of the three (3) alternative locations has the best performance. In this study, the initial stage was to determine the criteria for choosing the location of the outlet followed by data collection using a pairwise comparison questionnaire with predetermined criteria and alternatives and this questionnaire was given to the respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire became input in the analysis of the selection of the best outlet investment locations for the BSI Kusumanegara branch through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Data analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method shows the order of criteria starting from order 1 to 6 respectively is geographical location, investment cost, infrastructure, economic potential, number of competing LKS, and crime rate. From the decision-making method using the AHP Jalan Diponegoro Building received the highest priority as the location of the BSI Kusumanegara Main Branch Office. Validated by performing a sensitivity analysis of the simulation of changes in criteria weights, there is no alternative order that changes from the initial alternative order. This means that the alternative location solution that has been obtained using the AHP method, namely the Diponegoro Building, is optimal.
