Abstract

Harbour Mobile Crane merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan pada proses bongkar muat kontainer di pelabuhan. Tipe kontainer terdapat 5 macam ketinggian, untuk tipe kontainer yang beroperasi antara lain tipe 20, 40, 45, 48 dan 53 feet. Jenis kerusakan pada Twistlock yang kemungkinan terjadi akibat dari tidak center nya posisi penguncian Twistlock ke kontainer. Pada kondisi normal, terkadang Twistlock mengalami bending dan cracking yang menyebabkan Twistlock tidak dapat digunakan kembali.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan metode analisa teoretis dan simulasi terhadap tegangan yang disebabkan oleh beban gabungan (combined loadings). Serta mengumpulkan data terkait rumus dasar teori dan referensi penunjang lainnya pada uji coba penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan simulasi software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 untuk permodelan dan simulasi. Hasil dari perhitungan dan simulasi akan diperoleh kerusakan Twistlock akibat tegangan yang terjadi pada beban kontainer tipe 53 feet, dengan studi kasus penerapan Twistlock di PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia terhadap kontainer tipe 53 feet.

Harbor Mobile Crane is one of the tools used in the process of loading and
unloading containers at the port. There are 5 types of container heights, for container types
that operate, including types 20, 40, 45, 48 and 53 feet. And there is still a lack of
information on Twistlock in terms of material, material testing certification and detailed
scientific journal literacy. The type of damage to the Twistlock that may occur as a result
of the Twistlock not being centered in the locking position to the container. Under normal
conditions, Twistlock sometimes experiences bending and cracking which causes
Twistlock to become unusable.
In this research, the method of theoretical analysis and simulation of stresses
caused by combined loadings was carried out. As well as collecting data related to the
basic theoretical formula and other supporting references in this research trial. In this
study, the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 software simulation was used for modeling
and simulation. For the containers in this research test using a High Cube type container
measuring 53 feet. The results of calculations and simulations will obtain Twistlock's
resistance to stress at a combined load of 53 feet container type, with a case study of the
application of Twistlock at PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia for a 53 feet
container.
