Abstract

Implementasi teknologi informasi dalam proses bisnis perusahaan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan ekonomi yang signifikan dalam jangka panjang. Pemilihan produk digital perlu mempertimbangkan budaya perusahaan, keamanan data, biaya dan waktu pengembangan sistem, serta pelatihan bagi karyawan. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, diperkenalkan sebuah teknologi baru bernama Software as a Service (SaaS). Salah satu penyedia SaaS di Indonesia adalah perusahaan XYZ. Perusahaan ini telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang memiliki berbagai fitur yang berkaitan dengan supply chain. Salah satu layanan yang disediakan adalah modul Market Info. Modul ini akan mencatat informasi persediaan setiap produk di toko yang dikunjungi oleh staf. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada sistem, seperti aplikasi crash, data yang dikirim melalui smartphone tidak tersimpan di database, terjadi duplikasi data, dan fitur modul yang belum dipahami. Dilakukan penelitian evaluasi implementasi aplikasi SaaS menggunakan model penelitian Human, Organization, Technology Fit (HOT-Fit), dan pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil menunjukkan penggunaan sistem dan struktur organisasi berpengaruh terhadap net benefit, serta kualitas sistem memiliki peran besar untuk mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem, kepuasan pelanggan, dan struktur organisasi. Kualitas sistem dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan faktor kemudahan penggunaan, waktu respons aplikasi, keamanan aplikasi, serta fungsionalitas aplikasi.

The implementation of information technology in the company's business processes can generate significant economic benefits in the long term. Digital product selection needs to consider the company culture, data security, system development cost and time, and training for employee. To answer this challenge, introduced an emerging technology called Software as a Service (SaaS). One of the SaaS providers in Indonesia is company XYZ. This company has developed an application that has various features related to the supply chain. One of the services provided is the Market Info module. This module will record the inventory information for each product at stores visited by staffs. There are several issues in the system, such as the application crashed, the data sent via the smartphone was not stored in the database, there was duplication of data, and the module features were not yet understood. Conducted research evaluating the implementation SaaS applications use the Human, Organization, Technology Fit research model (HOT-Fit), and data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the relationship between variables. The results show that system use and organizational structure have significant impact to net benefit, also system quality has a big role to affect into system use, customer satisfaction, and organizational structure.
