Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk adalah milik negara perusahaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk memiliki program kemitraan berupa penyaluran dana kepada Mitra Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK), agar UMK yang sudah ada bisa mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk berkualitas yang mampu bersaing di pasar. Sejalan dengan program ini, Telekomunikasi memiliki sistem korporat untuk menyimpan data mitra UMK tetapi tidak menyertakan lampiran yang diperlukan. Unit SS HC & Finance yang bekerja untuk menjalankan program tersebut membutuhkan a sistem lokal yang tidak hanya menyimpan tetapi juga mengelola semua mitra UMK data sehingga akan mudah diakses dan fleksibel. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut, kami bermaksud untuk membuat sistem/website baru untuk memenuhi apa yang benar-benar dibutuhkan klien. Dalam pekerjaan kami, pertama kami merancang sistem website, disini kita membuat flowchart menggunakan StarUML, use case diagram dan prototipe UI/UX dibuat menggunakan Figma. Sebelum kita membuat website, kami menunjukkan dan mengkonsultasikan desain kami kepada klien. Setelah sesuai dengan yang mereka inginkan, kami ubah menjadi website yang mengimplementasikan Laravel & phpMyAdmin. Dari website yang kami buat, pengguna dapat menginput & melihat detail data, mengunggah, mengunduh, dan hapus lampiran. Website berhasil dijalankan dan disebarkan sehingga klien dapat menggunakannya.

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has a partnership program in the form of lending funds to Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) partner, so that existing UMK can develop and produce a quality product that can compete in the market.In line with this program, Telekomunikasi has a corporate system to store UMK partner data but does not include the required attachments. The SS HC & Finance Unit which works to run that program needs a local system that not only stores but also manages all UMK partner data so it will be easily accessible and flexible. With that problem, we intend to create a new system / website to fulfill what clients really need. In our work, first we design the website system, here, we make the flowchart using StarUML, use case diagram and the UI/UX prototype is created using Figma. Before we make the website, we show and consult our design to the client. After it fits with what they want, we transform it into a website that implements Laravel & phpMyAdmin. From the website that we create, users can input & see the details of the data, upload, download, and delete attachments. The Website is successfully run and deployed so the client can use it.
