Abstract
MBKM atau Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka merupakan bagian dari kebijakan oleh kementrian Pendidikan, kebudayaan, riset, dan teknologi Republik Indonesia. Salah satu program utama dari MBKM adalah hak belajar tiga semester di luar program studi bagi mahasiswa. Program MBKM ini sudah di perkenalkan di ITS sejak tahun 2020, sehingga untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa ITS mendapatkan manfaat terhadap program MBKM, maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan seberapa besar mahasiswa mendapatkan manfaat dari mengikuti program- program MBKM. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata mahasiswa cenderung menjawab setuju dan mengetahui terkait pertanyaan pada indikator variabel endogen maupun variabel eksogen, seluruh indikator signifikan dalam mengukur masing-masing variabel latennya, serta terdapat 3 variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kebermanfaatan program MBKM bagi mahasiswa ITS yaitu pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap program MBKM, kemudahan mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM dan kesesuaian dengan departemen/jurusan mahasiswa.

MBKM or Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka is part of the policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. One of the main programs of MBKM is the right to study three semesters outside the study program for students. This MBKM program has been introduced at ITS since 2020, so to find out whether ITS students benefit from the MBKM program , this research was conducted with the aim of getting how much students benefit from participating in the MBKM program program. The method to be used is Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square. The results of the study are that the average student answers in agreement and knows about indicators on endogenous variables and exogenous variables, all indicators are significant in measuring each variable latently, and there are 3 variables that affect the usefulness of the MBKM program for ITS students , namely student knowledge of the MBKM program, the ease of students participating in the MBKM program and suitability with student departments/departments
