Abstract

Strategi BUMDes yang tepat dalam mengelola potensi menjadi faktor kunci untuk kesuksesan BUMDes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keterhambatan peran BUMDes di Kalurahan Serut dalam menghasilkan profit menandakan masih adanya gap yang perlu dianalisis untuk mengetahui faktor pengaruh dan strategi tepat agar mencapai keberhasilan BUMDes dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan alat berupa SWOT Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan unit usaha PAMDes sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air masyarakat akan tetapi belum bisa memberikan sumbangan pada PADes. Rumusan alternatif keputusan terkait pengembangan unit usaha yaitu BUMDes dapat berfokus terhadap wisata alam religi Sendang Banyurip yang berpotensi untuk pengembangan unit usaha baru. Strategi penguatan peran BUMDes Karya Manunggal Jaya juga diperlukan dengan diversifikasi strategi untuk menunjang keberlangsungan BUMDes

The right BUMDes strategy in managing potential is a key factor for the success of BUMDes in improving community welfare. The inhibition of the role of BUMDes in Serut Village in generating profits indicates that there are still gaps that need to be analyzed to determine the influence factors and the right strategy to achieve the success of BUMDes by utilizing village potential. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining informants in this study is by purposive sampling. Data processing uses the help of tools in the form of Quantitative SWOT. The results of this study show that the PAMDes business unit has been able to meet the community's water needs but has not been able to contribute to PADes. The formulation of alternative decisions related to business unit development, namely BUMDes, can focus on Sendang Banyurip religious natural tourism which has the potential for the development of new business units. The strategy of strengthening the role of Kalurahan Serut BUMDes is also needed by diversifying its strategic to support the sustainability of BUMDes
