Abstract

Dalam sebuah proyek, manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang harus diperhatikan. Manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu pengetahuan yang mempelajari tentang menghitung, menilai, dan merancang jalannya suatu proyek baik dari segi penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, dan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk menjalankan proyek tersebut. Oleh karena itu, manajemen proyek merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar suatu proyek dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan dapat selesai sesuai dengan apa yang sudah direncanakan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan analisis percepatan proyek. Analisis percepatan proyek merupakan salah satu dari aspek manajemen proyek yang mengacu kepada perencanaan penjadwalan jalannya sebuah proyek. Analisis percepatan proyek dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui sejauh mana proyek pada objek penelitian ini dapat dipercepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Critical Path Method untuk mengidentifikasi jalur kritis dalam proyek dan metode Time Cost Trade-Off untuk mempercepat proyek. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mempercepat proyek yang berlangsung adalah dengan menggunakan variasi penambahan jam kerja sebanyak satu hingga empat jam kerja. Dari hasil analisis yang didapatkan, durasi normal pada proyek changeover single point mooring PT. ABC adalah 125, untuk penambahan satu jam kerja proyek dapat dipercepat sebanyak 8 hari dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp320,340,000, untuk penambahan dua jam kerja proyek dapat dipercepat sebanyak 13 hari dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp707,576,000, untuk penambahan tiga jam kerja proyek dapat dipercepat sebanyak 16 hari dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp1,083,701,000, dan untuk penambahan 4 jam kerja dapat dipercepat sebanyak 18 hari dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp1,282,641,000.

In a project, project management is an important component that must be considered. Project management is a branch of science that studies calculating, assessing, and designing plans for a project both in terms of scheduling, implementation, and the costs that must be incurred to carry out the project. Therefore, project management is an important thing that must be done so that a project can run effectively and can be completed according to what has been planned. In this study, an analysis of project acceleration was carried out. The project acceleration analysis itself is one of the aspects of project management which refers to the planning schedule of a project. Project acceleration analysis is carried out to be able to find out how far the project on the object of this research can be accelerated. The method used in this research is the Critical Path Method to identify the critical path in the project and the Time Cost Trade-Off method to speed up the project. Efforts made to speed up the ongoing project are by using variations of adding one to four working hours. From the results of the analysis obtained, the normal duration of the changeover single point mooring project of PT. ABC is 125, for an additional one-hour project work can be accelerated by 8 days with an additional cost of Rp. 320,340,000, for an additional two-hour project work can be accelerated by 13 days with an additional cost of Rp. 707,576,000, for an additional three-hour project work can be accelerated for 16 days with an additional fee of IDR 1,083,701,000, and for an additional 4 hours of work it can be accelerated by 18 days with an additional fee of IDR 1,282,641,000
