Abstract

Penulisan laporan proyek ini menguraikan penjelasan berdasarkan tiga belas butir standar kompetensi arsitek dari tiga proyek berbeda yang terbagi dalam 2 mata kuliah yaitu Proyek Perancangan Arsitektur 1 dan Proyek Perancangan Arsitektur 2. Proyek Perancangan Arsitektur 1 menguraikan tiga belas butir standar kompetensi arsitek dari proyek perancangan rumah tinggal Pambayun’s house di Sleman. Sedangkan Proyek Perancangan Arsitektur 2 menguraikan tiga belas butir standar kompetensi arsitek dari 2 proyek yaitu pengembangan rancangan Villa Kantong Semar di Sleman dan Ruang Urologi RSI Surabaya (Gedung Penghubung). Uraian pada 13 butir standar kompetensi arsitek tersebut berisikan pemahaman tentang perancangan arsitektur, pengetahuan arsitektur, pengetahuan seni, perencanaan dan perancangan kota, hubungan antara manusia, bangunan, dan lingkungan, pengetahuan daya dukung lingkungan, peran arsitek di masyarakat, persiapan pekerjaan perancangan, pengertian masalah antar-disiplin, pengetahuan fisik dan fisika bangunan, penerapan batasan anggaran dan peraturan bangunan, pengetahuan industri konstruksi dalam perencanaan, dan pengetahuan manajemen proyek.
Perancangan rumah tinggal Pambayun’s House di Sleman memiliki 2 massa terpisah yang mana satu massanya terdiri dari 2 lantai untuk rumah tinggal, dan massa lainnya terdiri dari satu lantai untuk rumah tahfidz Darul Huffadz. Pengembangan rancangan pada Villa Kantong Semar di Sleman terdiri dari beberapa massa yang memiliki fungsi sebagai villa, area co-working space, hunian, dapur dan kasir, serta toilet publik dan musholla dengan konsep bangunan yang diterapkan adalah industrial-tradisional. Sedangkan pengembangan rancangan Ruang Urologi RSI Surabaya (Gedung Penghubung) merupakan bangunan rumah sakit 4 lantai yang berada di Surabaya. Penjelasan uraian dari ketiga proyek tersebut didasarkan pada 13 butir kompetensi yang telah disebutkan.

The writing of this project report describes an explanation based on thirteen points of architect competency standards from three different projects divided into 2 courses, namely Architectural Design Project 1 and Architectural Design Project 2. Architectural Design Project 1 outlines thirteen points of architect competency standards from the Pambayun's house residential design project in Sleman. While Architectural Design Project 2 outlines thirteen points of architect competency standards from 2 projects, namely the development of the design of Villa Kantong Semar in Sleman and the Urology Room of RSI Surabaya (Liaison Building). The description of the 13 points of architect competency standards contains an understanding of architectural design, architectural knowledge, art knowledge, urban planning and design, the relationship between humans, buildings, and the environment, knowledge of environmental carrying capacity, the role of architects in society, preparation of design work, understanding of inter-disciplinary problems, physical knowledge and building physics, application of budget limits and building regulations, knowledge of the construction industry in planning, and project management knowledge.
The design of Pambayun's House in Sleman has 2 separate masses of which one mass consists of 2 floors for residential houses, and the other mass consists of one floor for Darul Huffadz tahfidz houses. The development of the design at Villa Kantong Semar in Sleman consists of several masses that have functioned as villas, co-working space areas, residences, kitchens and cashiers, as well as public toilets and prayer rooms with the concept of buildings applied is industrial-traditional. While the development of the design of the RSI Surabaya Urology Room (Liaison Building) is a 4-story hospital building located in Surabaya. The description of the three projects is based on the 13 points of competence that have been mentioned.
