Abstract
Isu Rancangan Dalam Proyek Rumah Tinggal Ini Berangkat Dari Kondisi Klien Yang Memiliki Sebuah Usaha Toko Bangunan. Lahan berada Tepat Di belakang Toko Bangunan Tersebut Dan Langsung Menghadap Ke Arah Gudang Penyimpanan Stok Toko. Minim Nya Vegetasi Pada Lahan Dan Suhu Yang Tinggi Membuat Kondisi Eksisting Tidak Nyaman Untuk Di Tinggali. Penerapan Rancangan Dengan Menerapkan 13 Butir Kompetensi Dari Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia Memberikan Hasil Rancangan Yang Sesuai Standar Dan Dapat Di Pertanggung Jawabkan.
