Abstract
Laporan ini membahas beberapa proyek perancangan yang terdiri dari rumah tinggal, mushola, taman publik, dan rooftop, dengan berfokus pada penerapan standar kompetensi arsitek yang berlaku. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk menciptakan sebuah lingkungan yang menyatu secara harmonis, mengutamakan aspek kenyamanan, keamanan, keindahan, dan keberlanjutan. Perancangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan standar kompetensi arsitek yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu berdasarkan Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia, yang mencakup pengetahuan dan penerapan prinsip arsitektur, teknologi konstruksi, perencanaan kota, serta etika dan kebijakan dalam arsitektur. Perancangan rumah tinggal mengutamakan aspek keamanan, privasi, kenyamanan penghuni, serta penempatan ruang-ruang utama dan sirkulasi yang tepat dalam mendukung keberlangsungan kehidupan sehari-hari. Kemudian, perancangan mushola yang mencerminkan karakter arsitektur religius dan kultural disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Penggunaan elemen arsitektur yang simbolis dan detail artistik pada fasad dan interior mushola akan dijelaskan dalam upaya menciptakan tempat ibadah yang mendalamkan pengalaman spiritual bagi jamaah. Sedangkan, perancangan taman publik berfokus pada keberlanjutan dan keseimbangan ekologis dengan mengutakamakan penyediaan ruang publik rekreatif yang edukatif serta penataan lansekap yang memperhatikan faktor ekologi-sosial akan diuraikan untuk menciptakan taman yang ramah lingkungan dan ramah pengunjung. Perancangan rooftop sebagai ruang eksternal yang multifungsi dan desain adaptif akan dipertimbangkan dalam menyediakan area berkumpul di atap rumah.

This report discusses several design projects consisting of residential houses, a mosque, a public park, and a rooftop, with a focus on applying the relevant architectural competency standards. The aim of this design is to create an environment that harmoniously integrates aspects of comfort, security, beauty, and sustainability. The design process is based on the architectural competency standards applicable in Indonesia, namely those set by the Indonesian Institute of Architects (Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia), which encompass knowledge and application of architectural principles, construction technology, urban planning, as well as ethics and policies in architecture. The residential house design prioritizes aspects of security, privacy, and the comfort of its occupants, along with appropriate space allocation and circulation to support daily life activities. Meanwhile, the mosque design reflects the religious and cultural architectural character tailored to the community's needs. The use of symbolic architectural elements and artistic details on the facade and interior of the mosque will be explained in an effort to create a place of worship that deepens the spiritual experience for the congregation. As for the public park design, the focus is on sustainability and ecological balance, emphasizing the provision of educational recreational public spaces and landscape arrangements that consider ecological-social factors. This will result in an environmentally friendly and visitor-friendly park. Additionally, the design of the rooftop as a multifunctional external space with adaptive design will be considered to provide a gathering area on the house's roof.
