Abstract

Collaboration between Mining Management and Good Mining Practice (GMP) is expected to be able to improve Management Site capabilities in mastering Mining Management to increase the assessment of GMP results which become a benchmark for success in assessing National-level Companies every year. The target to be achieved in 2023 is the Aditama level, from the Primary, Primary, and Aditama level categories. The target of achieving overburden (OB) production is increased by 125% to reach 600 Million Bank Cubic Meters (BCM). This study aims to identify the ability of the Site Management level to master Mining Management, identify what things contribute to the achievement of production targets, and determine the amount of value that influences the GMP assessment. GMP assessment elements include the need for Project Managers, readiness of work contract documents, project reporting systems, use of local workers, use of local subcontractors, competence of workers, prioritization of domestic products and innovation. In this assessment, PPA will increase readiness in the needs of project managers, mining activity reporting systems, use and management of operational equipments. The methodology is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely identifying the ability of the Site Management level to master Mining Management through the questionnaire method taken from the Project Manager, Section Head, and Group Leader levels. Data collection for Heavy Dump Truck heavy equipment in the form of payload, load time, speed, empty stop time, and fuel continued with Corelation, Multivariate and Cluster processing to identify data that has the most influence on production contribution. Identification of activities and giving assessment weights in the form of percentage interval categories in the Front Loading, Road Maintenance, and Disposal areas. This research resulted in mastery of Mining Management at the Management level (actual score 92.5 out of 100), Section Head level (actual score 182 out of 200), Group Leader level (actual score 273.8 out of 300) all in very good category. The HDT element is still below the target, only the fuel consumption element contributes 71.4 liters/hour from 75 liters/hour. Compilation of activities and work area assessments formulates scoring scores for Green (> 95%), Blue (80%-94%), Yellow (65%-80%), Red (<65%). The formulation of the company's strategy in improving GMP assessment is to make the company a business solution for customers, use of technology for reporting all departmental activities, increase assessment of work areas according to customer policies
