Abstract

PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Pabrik Tuban adalah sebuah perusahaan produsen semen yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Semen Indonesia Group (SIG). PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Pabrik Tuban pernah mengalami beberapa kali gangguan yang mengakibatkan terhentinya operasi pabrik, hal ini mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomis dan materiil. Diperlukan sistem koordinasi proteksi yang baik dan handal untuk menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan sistem kelistrikan pada pabrik agar tidak terjadi masalah saat ada penambahan beban atau perubahan konfigurasi dalam sistem kelistrikan, sehingga gangguan yang dapat muncul saat proses produksi di pabrik dapat dihindari. Salah satu gangguan yang berpotensi menghentikan proses produksi dan mengancam keselamatan pekerja adalah bahaya busur api (arc flash). Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan resetting koordinasi proteksi untuk meminimalisir gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan dan analisis bahaya busur api (arc flash) berdasarkan standar IEEE 1584-2002 untuk penentuan rekomendasi Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) bagi para pekerja berdasarkan standar NFPA 70E. Setelah dilakukan simulasi menggunakan software ETAP 19.0.1, diketahui bahwa koordinasi proteksi pada kondisi eksisting sistem kelistrikan terdapat beberapa kesalahan yang menyebabkan nilai insiden energi yang besar, terdapat beberapa bus yang memiliki nilai insiden energi yang mencapai 88,407 cal/cm2 dan kategori level lebih dari 4, sehingga dilakukan resetting pada sistem kelistrikan untuk menurunkan nilai insiden energi tersebut, setelah dilakukan resetting didapatkan nilai insiden energi sebesar 21,773 cal/cm2 dengan kategori level 3. Penurunan nilai insiden energi tersebut terjadi karena nilai Fault Clearing Time (FCT) yang mengecil dari 1,452 detik ke 0,3 detik setelah dilakukan resetting pada sistem

PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Tuban Factory is a cement manufacturing company which is a subsidiary of Semen Indonesia Group (SIG). PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk The Tuban factory has experienced several disturbances which resulted in the cessation of factory operations, this resulted in economic and material losses. A good and reliable protection coordination system is needed to maintain the stability and security of the electrical system at the factory so that problems do not occur when there is an increase in load or a change in configuration in the electrical system, so that disturbances that can arise during the production process at the factory can be avoided. One of the disturbances that has the potential to stop the production process and threaten the safety of workers is the danger of arc flash. Therefore, in this final project, resetting protection coordination is carried out to minimize disturbances in the electrical system and arc flash hazard analysis based on IEEE 1584-2002 standards for determining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) recommendations for workers based on NFPA 70E standards. After conducting a simulation using ETAP 19.0.1 software, it is known that the coordination of protection in the existing condition of the electrical system has several errors which cause a large energy incident value, there are several buses that have an energy incident value that reaches 88,407 cal/cm2 and a level category of more than 4, so resetting is carried out on the electrical system to reduce the energy incident value, after resetting the energy incident value is 21,773 cal/cm2 with level 3 category. The decrease in the energy incident value occurs because of the F value ault Clearing Time (FCT) which decreased from 1.452 seconds to 0.3 seconds after resetting the system
