Abstract
Grouting merupakan suatu proses pemasukan suatu cairan dengan tekanan ke dalam rongga atau pori atau rekahan pada batuan, yang memadat dan keras secara fisika maupun kimiawi. Pada Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Lausimeme, pekerjaan grouting pada posisi Riverbed perlu diselesaikan terlebih dahulu sebelum proses pekerjaan timbunan inti dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode tersebut diharapkan mampu memenuhi aspek ekonomis, efektif, dan efisien pada proyek. Terdapat dua macam metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan grouting, yaitu Metode Up Stage dan Metode Down Stage. Namun, Metode Up Stage memiliki kemungkinan penggunaan material yang lebih banyak dibandingkan Metode Down Stage karena pada Metode Down Stage sebagian rekahan di atasnya sudah di grouting. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perbandingan waktu dan biaya antara kedua metode tersebut. Analisis waktu ditentukan berdasarkan volume pekerjaan dan produktivitas total, dimana produktivitas total didapatkan dari penjumlahan antara produktivitas tenaga kerja yang didapatkan dari pengamatan di lapangan dan perhitungan produktivitas alat yang digunakan. Analisis waktu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penjadwalan dengan menggunakan Bar Chart. Sedangkan analisis biaya dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan Pedoman AHSP Bidang Umum Kementerian PUPR dan harga satuan didasarkan pada HSPK Kota Medan tahun 2022 kemudian dihitung RAB yang diperlukan untuk masing-masing metode. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil perbandingan dimana Metode Up Stage merupakan metode yang dapat dilaksanakan lebih cepat dengan selisih 16 hari serta biaya pelaksanaan yang lebih murah dengan selisih Rp 101.299.650 terhadap Metode Down Stage.

Grouting is a process of entering a liquid with pressure into a cavity or pore or fracture in rock, which solidifies and is hard physically and chemically. In the Lausimeme Dam Construction Project, grouting work on the Riverbed position needs to be completed first before the core backfill work process is carried out. Therefore, the selection of these methods is expected to be able to meet economical, effective, and efficient aspects of the project. There are two kinds of methods of implementing grouting work, namely the Up Stage Method and the Down Stage Method. However, the Up Stage Method has the possibility of using more material than the Down Stage Method because in the Down Stage Method some of the fractures on it have been grouted. In this study, a comparison of time and cost between the two methods will be carried out. Time analysis is determined based on the volume of work and total productivity, where total productivity is obtained from the sum between labor productivity obtained from observations in the field and the calculation of the productivity of the tools used. Time analysis is then followed by scheduling using Bar Chart. Meanwhile, the cost analysis is carried out using calculations based on the AHSP Guidelines for the General Field of the Ministry of PUPR and unit prices are based on the HSPK of Medan City in 2022, then the RAB required for each method is calculated. From the results of the analysis that has been done, a comparison was obtained where the Up Stage Method is a method that can be implemented faster with a difference of 16 days and cheaper implementation costs with a difference of IDR 101.299.650 against the Down Stage Method.
