Abstract

Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu penggerak roda perekonomian Indonesia. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, sektor pertanian juga terdampak secara positif yang ditandai dengan dimulainya era agromaritim 4.0. Namun demikian, ada banyak hal yang menghambat pemerataan penerapan teknologi ini, khususnya di Indonesia. Hal ini terjadi karena minimnya minat masyarakat golongan usia muda yang melek digital untuk ikut berperan pada sektor pertanian. Peran dari masyarakat ini sebenarnya cukup diperlukan misalnya dalam konteks pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan pada tingkat Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) di Kabupaten Jombang misalnya, masih tidak memiliki standar. Akibatnya banyak Gapoktan yang hanya mengirimkan laporan keuangan dengan format yang seadanya. Dinas Pertanian sebagai pihak berwenang dalam hal ini cukup direpotkan karenanya. Untuk itu, penelitian ini akan mengkaji serta meringkas standar pelaporan keuangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada melalui sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) sederhana. Dengan demikian, diharapkan akan muncul peningkatan efisiensi pelaporan keuangan yang dapat dilihat dari semakin singkatnya jarak antar pelaporan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini bekerja sama dengan Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang untuk mendapatkan data-data yang diperlukan. Selain itu, partisipan yang menjadi subyek penelitian mengambil dari anggota Gapoktan di Kabupaten Jombang. Untuk itu, penelitian ini akan menerapkan garis besar metode design thinking dengan sedikit penyesuaian. Fase fase yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain adalah: (1). Empathize, dimana peneliti akan mengumpulkan informasi kebutuhan melalui subyek penelitian; (2). Define, dimana akan dijabarkan penemuan-penemuan yang didapat; (3). Ideate, dimana akan dilakukan eksplorasi desain; (4). Prototype, dimana akan disusun purwarupa berbentuk web; (5). Usability test, dimana akan dilakukan pengujian desain. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi referensi penelitian pengguna dengan metode design thinking, skema basis data, serta alur proses terkait implementasi SIA pada sektor pertanian. Dalam jangka panjang, diharapkan nantinya akan dapat bermanfaat bagi peningkatan penerapan teknologi dan keterlibatan masyarakat usia muda pada sektor pertanian.

The agricultural sector is one of a driving factor of the Indonesian economy. The agricultural sector has positively affected with the rapid development of technology which is marked by the start of the agromaritime 4.0 era. However, various factors impede the equal deployment of this technology particularly in Indonesia. This is due to a lack of enthusiasm among young people who are digitally proficient in working in agriculture. This age group role is rather important, for example in the context of financial recording and reporting. At the level of the Association of Farmers Group (Gapoktan) in Jombang Regency, there are still no rules for recording financial reporting. As a result, many Gapoktan provide financial reports in haphazard formats. Department of Agriculture, as the authority in this area, is highly affected of this. This research will investigate and summarize financial reporting requirements in accordance with existing needs through a simple accounting information system (AIS). With the increase in reporting efficiency, the interval between financial reports expected to be shorter. This research worked with the Jombang Regency Agriculture Office to collect required data. Furthermore, researcher recruited members of Gapoktan in Jombang Regency as research subject. The design thinking method will be given a slight modification to suit the requirement needed for this research. Following phases will be performed during this research: (1). Empathize, where researchers collect information needs from research subject; (2). Define, where researchers summarize the results gained; (3). Ideate, where design exploration take place; and (4). Prototype, where a web-based prototype developed (5). Usability testing, where design testing conducted. It is expected that this research will serve as a resource in user research applying the design thinking method, database schemes, and process flow related to the application of AIS in the agriculture sector. In the long term, it is expected that it will benefit the agricultural sector by increasing the use of technology and younger farmer involvement.
