Abstract
Saluran Kalidami dan Kalibokor merupakam saluran pematusan primer. Fungsi utama saluran tersebut yaitu untuk mengalirkan debit limpasan air hujan. Akan tetapi, saat musim kemarau saluran berisi air limbah permukiman. Akibatnya, saluran menanggung beban dari air hujan serta air limbah permukiman secara bersamaan yang berpotensi menimbulkan banjir/genangan. Maka dari itu, diperlukan adanya perencanaan alternatif sistem pengoperasian pompa baik pompa banjir maupun pompa lumpur pada rumah pompa yang berada di Saluran Kalidami dan Kalibokor.
Dalam perencanaan ini dilakukan analisis hidrologi dengan PUH 10 tahun, perhitungan debit banjir rencana, evaluasi kapasitas saluran eksisting, evaluasi sistem pengoperasian pompa di Rumah Pompa Kalibokor, Rumah Pompa Kalidami Screw, dan Rumah Pompa Bozem Kalidami, perencanaan alternatif operasional pompa hingga perhitungan biaya operasionalnya.
Alternatif operasional pemompaan terbagi menjadi saat musim penghujan dan kemarau. Jumlah pompa yang dioperasikan sama dengan jumlah pompa eksisting. Pengoperasian pompa saat musim penghujan dioperasikan secara maksimal (semua pompa menyala), sedangkan saat musim kemarau, dioperasikan 2 pompa lumpur 0,25 m3/detik dengan dibantu 1 pompa banjir 3 m3/detik untuk menurunkan elevasi muka air saluran. Pada Rumah Pompa Kalibokor dioperasikan 3 pompa banjir 3 m3/detik dan 2 pompa lumpur 0,25 m3/detik saat musim hujan dan kemarau dinyalakan selama 5,7 jam perhari. Biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 1.057.075.502/tahun. Lalu, di Rumah Pompa Kalidami Screw saat musim hujan dioperasikan 5 screw pump 1,3 m3/detik, 1 pompa banjir 3 m3/detik, dan 2 pompa lumpur 0,25 m3/detik, sedangkan saat kemarau dinyalakan selama 9,53 jam perhari. Pengoperasian di rumah pompa ini memanfaatkan polder sebagai kontrol elevasi. Total biaya operasionalnya sebesar Rp 1.478.955.547/tahun. Kemudian pengoperasian pompa di Rumah Pompa Bozem Kalidami memanfaatkan bozem sebagai tempat penampungan air sementara. Pompa sebanyak 7 pompa banjir 3 m3/detik dan 2 pompa lumpur 0,25 m3/detik dinyalakan saat musim hujan, sedangkan saat kemarau dinyalakan selama 5,4 jam sehingga didapatkan total biaya operasionalnya Rp 1.615.109.563/tahun.

The Kalidami and Kalibokor canal are the primary disconnection channels. The main function of the channel is to drain rainwater runoff discharge. However, during the dry season the canals are filled with residential waste water. As a result, the canal bears the burden of rainwater and residential wastewater simultaneously which has the potential to cause flooding/inundation. Therefore, it is necessary to plan alternative pump operating systems, both flood pumps and sludge pumps, in pump houses located in the Kalidami and Kalibokor Channels.
In this plan, a hydrological analysis was carried out with a 10-year rainy return period, calculation of the planned flood discharge, evaluation of the capacity of the existing canal, evaluation of the pump operating system at the Kalibokor Pump House, Kalidami Screw Pump House, and Bozem Kalidami Pump House, planning alternative pump operations to calculating operational costs.
Alternative pumping operations are divided into rainy and dry seasons. The number of pumps in operation is the same as the number of existing pumps. Operation of the pumps during the rainy season is operated optimally (all pumps are on), while during the dry season, 2 sludge pumps are operated at 0,25 m3/s assisted by 1 flood pump 3 m3/s to lower the channel water level. At the Kalibokor Pump House, 3 flood pumps are operated at 3 m3/s and 2 mud pumps at 0,25 m3/s during the rainy and dry seasons are turned on for 5,7 hours per day. Operational costs incurred amounting to IDR 1,057,075,502/year. Then, at the Kalidami Screw Pump House during the rainy season, 5 screw pumps are operated at 1,3 m3/s, 1 flood pump is 3 m3/s, and 2 sludge pumps are 0,25 m3/s, while during the dry season it is turned on for 9,53 hours per day. Operation in this pump house utilizes polders as elevation control. The total operating costs are IDR 1,478,955,547/year. Then the operation of the pump at the Bozem Kalidami Pump House utilizes the bozem as a temporary water reservoir. The pumps are 7 flood pumps 3 m3/s and 2 sludge pumps 0,25 m3/s are turned on during the rainy season, while during the dry season they are turned on for 5,4 hours so that the total operational cost is IDR 1,615,109,563/year.
