Abstract

Perusahaan Semen Indonesia melakukan pengembangunan di daerah Aceh, yaitu di daerah Pidie. Pelabuhan yang dibangun diperuntukan untuk bongkar muat curah kering semen. Bongkar muat curah kering tersebut dilakukan dengan kapasitas yang cukup besar. Perusahaan Semen Indonesia menginginkan kapal yang akan berlabuh adalah kapal yang mempunyai kapasitas 10000 DWT dan 50000 DWT .
Perencanaan tata letak, dimensi dermaga, elemen struktur, serta perencanaan gaya sandar dan tambat sesuai Standard Design Criteria for Port in Indonesia (1984). Pembebanan gempa didesain sesuai dengan RSNI Gempa untuk Jembatan (2013). Untuk perhitungan penulangan struktur atas sesuai ketentuan SNI 03-2847-2013.
Dari hasil perencanaan didapat panjang dermaga 232 m dan lebar 29 m, panjang trestle 300 m dan lebar 8 m. dimensi plat dermaga dan trestle 35 cm. dimensi balok dermaga 80/180 cm untuk balok melintang dan memanjang dan 60/90 cm untuk balok anak memanjang serta balok lisplang 60/300 cm. diameter tiang pancang 812,8 mm untuk trestle, 1016 dan 1400 untuk dermaga. Dimensi pile cap 2x2x1,5 m dan 4x2x1,8 m untuk dermaga, 1,5x1,5x1,5 m dan 3,5x1,5x1,5 m untuk trestle. Alat bongkar muat menggunakan Fix crane, moving crane dan conveyor.

The Indonesian Cement Company carries out development in Aceh, in Pidie area. Ports built are intended for loading and unloading of dry bulk cement. The loading and unloading of the dry bulk is carried out with considerable capacity, requiring a jetty that can serve the vessel to be anchored. The Indonesian Cement Company wants the vessel to be anchored is a vessel that has a capacity of 10000 DWT and 50000 DWT.
Planning layout, jetty dimensions, structural elements, as well as planning of docking and mooring styles according to Standard Design Criteria for Port in Indonesia (1984). Earthquake loading is designed in accordance with RSNI Earthquake for Bridge (2013). For calculation of top structural repetition in accordance with provisions of SNI 03-2847-2013.
From the planning results obtained 232 m long and 29 m wide, trestle length 300 m and width 8 m. Dimensional jetty and trestle plate 35 cm. Dimensional jetty 80/180 cm for transverse and longitudinal beams and 60/90 cm for elongated beams and 60/300 cm beam blocks. Pile diameter 812,8 mm for trestle, 1016 and 1400 for jetty. Dimension pile cap 2x2x1,5 m and 4x2x1,8 m for jetty, 1,5x1,5x1,5 m and 3,5x1,5x1,5 m for trestle. Loading and unloading equipment using Fix crane, moving crane and conveyor.
