Abstract

Increasing electrochemical characteristic of lithium iron posphate (LiFePO4) can do in various method such as carbon coating, particle size reduction, and cation doped. LiFePO4 Ni doped were synthesized by solid state method, and calcination at 750°C in the air atmosphere with various holding time. Samples characterized by XRD, SEM, PSA, and conductivity test. The result show that the samples have two impurity phases such as LiFeP2O7 and Li3PO4. The result of conductivity test show that increasing of electrical conductivity proportional to increase of LiFePO4 phase content.
