Abstract

Surabaya berkembang pesat dalam sektor pembangunan perumahan menyebabkan daerah berupa sawah, tambak dan lahan kosong berubah fungsi menjadi perumahan. Dengan adanya perubahan tata guna lahan maka besarnya koefisien pengaliran akan meningkat. Perumahan Bumi Marina Emas dahulunya merupakan daerah tambak. Pada saat terjadi hujan dan air pasang, saluran di perumahan tidak mampu untuk mengalirkan air hujan dan mengakibatkan terjadinya genangan di saluran perumahan. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting saluran Perumahan Bumi Marina Emas dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem jaringan drainase perlu dievaluasi kembali agar genangan yang terjadi dapat teratasi. Evaluasi sistem drainase diawali dengan melakukan analisis hidrologi untuk mendapatkan debit banjir rencana. Kemudian mengontrol kapasitas saluran eksisting antara debit banjir rencana dengan kapasitas penampang. Setelah dilakukan kontrol, kapasitas saluran eksisting tidak dapat mengalirkan debit banjir rencana. Sehingga perlu direncanakan penampang baru yang dilengkapi dengan perencanaan fasilitas drainase berupa kolam tampung, pompa dan pintu air untuk mengatur debit pembuangan agar tidak membebani saluran eksisting. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hidrologi diperoleh hujan rencana dengan periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 127,981 mm. Dalam perhitungan saluran baru diperoleh dimensi terbesar dalam kawasan sebesar 1,2 x 1,4 m. Kolam tampung Bumi Marina Emas Utara dengan volume tampungan sebesar 2019,260 m3, direncanakan berdimensi 30 x 50 m dengan kedalaman 1,8 m dan kolam tampung Bumi Marina Emas Selatan dengan volume tampungan sebesar 3796,176 m3, direncanakan berdimensi 30 x 60 m dengan kedalaman 2,3 m. Masing-masing kolam tampung dilengkapi pompa dengan debit 0,522 m3/s dan 0,522 m3/s ditambah 0,350 m3/s serta dilengkapi juga dengan pintu air. Dengan adanya fasilitas drainase seperti diatas diharapkan dapat menanggulangi genangan yang terjadi di kawasan perumahan.==========================================================================================================================================================
Surabaya is growing rapidly in the housing development sector causing the former area of rice fields, ponds and vacant land switch function into housing. With the change of land use, the amount of drainage coefficient will increase. Bumi Marina Emas was formerly a pond area. In the event of rain and high tide, the channel in the housing is unable to drain rainwater and cause inundation in the housing channel. Based on the existing condition of the Bumi Marina Emas channel, it can be concluded that the drainage system needs to be reevaluated so that the inundation can be resolved. The evaluation of the drainage system begins by conducting a hydrology analysis to obtain flood discharge plans. Then control the existing channel capacity between the planned flood discharge and cross-sectional capacity. After the control, the capacity of the existing channels cannot drain the flood discharge plan. So it is necessary to plan a new cross section equipped with drainage facility in the form of ponds, pumps and water gates to regulate the disposal discharge not to overload the existing channels. Based on the results of hydrology analysis obtained rain plan with a 5 year re-period of 127.981 mm. The calculation of new channels obtained the largest dimension in the region of 1.2 x 1.4 m. The pond of Bumi Marina Emas Utara with a volume of 2019,260 m3, planned dimension 30 x 50 m with a depth of 1.8 m and a pond of Bumi Marina Emas Selatan with a volume of 3796,176 m3, planned dimension 30 x 60 m with depth of 2.3 m. Each pond is equipped with a pump with debit of 0.522 m3 / s and 0.522 m3 / s plus 0.350 m3 / s and also equipped with a water gate. With the above drainage facilities are expected to overcome the puddle that occurred in the residential area.
