Abstract

Jembatan Plapar terletak di Kecamatan Slahung Kab. Ponorogo. Jembatan ini merupakan satu-satunya akses jalan yang menghubungkan dua wilayah antara Kabupaten Pacitan dan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Jembatan ini awalnya menggunakan balok precast pada struktur girder. Penulis memodifikasi desain girder jembatan menjadi struktur baja balok menerus.Jembatan Plapar digunakan sebagai objek proposal tugas akhir untuk memodifikasi desain struktur jembatan meliputi bangunan atas : plat lantai dan bangunan pengaman lainnya dengan acuan RSNI T-03-2005 dan SNI 1725-2016. Perhitungan bangunan bawah meliputi : abutment, bored pile, elastomer yang mengacu pada SNI T-12-2004 dan pembebanan gempa mengacu pada SNI Gempa 2833-2013 (Jembatan). Jembatan plapar didesain ulang menggunakan struktur baja komposit dengan bentang jembatan 50 meter. Jembatan didesain menggunakan 7 gelagar memanjang, dimana profil gelagar didesain sendiri W 2700 x 800 x 40 x 80 dan profil diafragma W 120 x 120 x 13.=============================================================================================================== Plapar Bridge is located in Slahung, district Ponorogo. This bridge is the only access road that connects two areas between Pacitan and Ponorogo regency. The author modifies the design of the bridge girder into a continuous steel beam structure.The Plapar Bridge is used as the object of the final task object to modify the design of the top bridge structure of the building, such as: floor plate and other security building with reference RSNI T-03-2005 and SNI 1725-2016. The calculations of the lower buildings include: abutment, bored pile, elastomer referring to SNI T-12-2004 and earthquake loading based on SNI Earthquake 2833-2013 (Bridge). The redesigned plapar bridge uses a composite steel structure with a 50 meter bridge span. The bridge is designed using 7 elongated girder, in which the girder profile is self-designed W 2700 x 800 x 40 x 80 and diaphragm profile W 120 x 120 x 13.
