Abstract

Penggunaan baja pada sistem rangka bangunan tahan gempa merupakan alternatif yang sangat baik selain beton, karena baja memiliki sifat daktilitas yang dapat dimanfaatkan pada saat struktur memikul beban lateral. Steel Plate Shearwall (SPSW) merupakan suatu sistem penahan beban lateral yang berbentuk pelat baja vertikal padat yang menghubungkan balok dan kolom disekitarnya yang terpasang sepanjang ketinggian struktur sehingga membentuk suatu dinding penopang. Gedung Tamansari Mahogany Condotel memiliki 15 lantai dan 2 lantai basement. Dalam Proyek Akhir Terapan ini akan dilakukan modifikasi struktur pada gedung tersebut yang awalnya dari struktur beton bertulang dengan dual system (SRPM dan Shearwall) menjadi struktur komposit baja-beton dengan Steel Plate Shearwall dual system (SRPM dan SPSW). Perhitungan gedung ini mengacu pada Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural menurut SNI 1729-2015, Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung SNI 17262012, Beban Minimum Perencanaan Gedung SNI 1727-2013, dan Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 28472013. Dalam menganalisis struktur, ditinjau dengan pengaruh beban gempa dinamik menggunakan program ETABS 2016. Dari analisis dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu: tebal pelat deck untuk lantai atap 90 mm, lantai tipikal 90 mm, dimensi balok induk lantai basement 1 – 9 W 410x132, lantai 10 – roof top 1 W 410x114, lantai roof top 2 IWF 300x150x6,5x9, dimensi kolom lantai basement 2 – 3 HSS 18x18x7/8, lantai 4 – 9 HSS 16x16x7/8, lantai 10 – roof top 1 HSS 14x14x7/8, tebal dinding geser pelat baja lantai basement 2 – 13 8 mm. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang beton pracetak uk. 40x40 cm dengan kedalaman 26 m. Tie beam ukuran 30x60 cm dengan tulangan utama 8D19 dan tulangan geser 10-100. ================================================================================================ The using of structural steel in the seismic force-resisting system is an excellent alternative, besides the using of reinforced concrete, because steel has ductility characteristic which can be useful when the structure resist lateral load. Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) is a lateral load resisting system consisting of vertical steel plates connected to their surrounding beams and columns and installed in one or more bays along the full height of a structure. Tamansari Mahogany Condotel Building has fifteenth floors and two basement floors. In this Final Project will be made a structure modification on that building from reinforced concrete structure with dual system (SMF and Shear Wall) to composite steel-concrete structure with Steel Plate Shear Wall dual system (SMF and SPSW). The provision refers to Specification for Structural Steel Buildings SNI 1729-2015, Seismic Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and Non-building Structures SNI 1726-2012, Minimum Load for Design of Buildings and Other Structures SNI 1727-2013, and Structural Concrete Requirements for Building SNI 2847-2013. The structure analysis is using ETABS 2016 Program and will be previewed with the effect of dynamic seismic load. From the analysis and the result of calculation, the results are: the thickness of deck plate for roof top floor is 90 mm, typical floor is 90 mm, the basement 1 – 9th floor main beam dimension W 410x132, the 10th floor - roof top 1 W 410x114, roof top 2 floor IWF 300x150x6,5x9, the basement 2 – 3rd floor column dimension HSS18x18x7/8, the 4th – 9th floor HSS 16x16x7/8, the 10th - roof top 1 HSS 14x14x7/8, the thickness of steel plate shear wall on the basement 2 – 13 floor 8 mm. The foundation plan uses precast concrete pile foundation size 40x40 cm with depth 26 m. Tie beam size 30x60 cm with longitudinal bar 8D19 and tied confinement bar 10-100.
