Abstract

Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok merupakan pelabuhan yang paling sibuk dan besar di Indonesia. Untuk itu pembangunan dermaga Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok sangat penting untuk selesai tepat waktu atau lebih cepat dan tidak mengalami keterlambatan. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis percepatan proyek dengan menggunakan metode penjadwalan Critical Path Method untuk mengetahui aktivitas-aktivitas yang berada di lintasan kritis dan Program Evalution and Review Technique untuk mengetahui probabilitas proyek dapat selesai tepat waktu. Berdasarkan anilisis yang dilakukan bahwa durasi CPM adalah 427 hari dengan probabilitas dapat selesai dalam 427 hari adalah 81,56%. Dan untuk analisis percepatan menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off diketahui bahwa durasi optimal proyek adalah 385 hari dengan pengurangan biaya sebesar Rp. 405.585.761,29 pada penambahan 1 jam lembur. Kata Kunci : Critical Path Method, Dermaga ,Percepatan, Program Evaluation and Review Technique, Time Cost Trade Off ======================================================================================================= Port of Tanjung Priok is the busiest and largest port in Indonesia. Therefore, the dock construction in Port of Tanjung Priok is very important to finish on time or faster and not sustain late.This final assignment analyses the project time acceleration using CPM scheduling method to identify activities that in the critical path and Program Evalution and Review Technique method to find out the project probability can finish on time. Based on the results using CPM and PERT in this research, this project can complete in 427 days with 81,56 % probability. And from the acceleration project duration analysis using the Time-Cost Trade-Off method known that the optimal duration of the project is 385 days with Rp. 405.585.761,29 cost reduction on added 1 hours of overtime.
