Abstract

Stasiun Jember merupakan salah satu prasarana penyedia jasa kereta api yang berada di tengah kota Jember dan termasuk ke dalam kelas stasiun besar. Stasiun Jember memiliki aktivitas yang cukup tinggi seiring meningkatnya pengguna jasa kereta api. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan evaluasi kinerja stasiun kondisi eksisting tahun 2018 dan peramalan selama 5 tahun mendatang pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey kuisoner dengan metode perhitungan IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Selanjutnya, dilakukan survey kebutuhan loket tiket, kebutuhan luas ruang tunggu, dan kebutuhan peron serta karakteristik parkir berdasarkan pergerakan penumpang kondisi saat ini dan evaluasi ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 48 Tahun 2015 dan Pedoman Standarisasi Tahun 2012. Hasil evaluasi kinerja pelayanan dan fasilitas diperoleh sebesar 85,19%, artinya penumpang Stasiun Jember merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak stasiun. Hasil evaluasi eksisting pada loket tiket diperoleh 5 loket tiket. Luas ruang tunggu umum minimal sebesar 263,4 m² dan lebar peron diperoleh 133 cm. Kebutuhan ruang parkir (KRP) yang harus disediakan untuk sepeda motor dan mobil adalah 387 SRP dan 26 SRP. Berdasarkan hasil peramalan 5 tahun mendatang dibutuhkan 6 loket tiket. Luas ruang tunggu umum sebesar 316,2 m² dan lebar peron yaitu 159 cm. Kebutuhan ruang parkir (KRP) untuk sepeda motor 452 SRP dan untuk mobil yaitu 34 SRP. Evaluasi kinerja Stasiun Jember menunjukkan bahwa loket tiket dan ruang tunggu umum belum memenuhi Pedoman Standarisasi Tahun 2012, sedangkan lebar peron dan kebutuhan ruang parkir (KRP) sudah memenuhi Pedoman Standarisasi Tahun 2012. ======================================================================================================== Jember Station is one of the infrastructure of railway service providers located in the middle of Jember city and it is quite big one. Jember station is one of the busiest station and along the increasing number of the passenger. Based on these problems, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the station condition in this current year, 2018, and to forecast for the next 5 years in 2022. The research used direct questioner survey method using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Furthermore, it is neccessary to survey the needs of ticket booths, the need of waiting room area, and the needs of the platform and the characteristics of parking lot based on passanger movement of the current condition and this evaluation refers to the Minister of Transportation Regulation no.48 of 2015 and the Standardization Guide of 2012. The result of service and facility performance evaluation was 85.19% that means the passengers were satiesfied. Existing evaluation result of the ticket booth obtained 5 ticket booths. The minimum public waiting room area is 263,4 m² and the width of the platform is 133 cm. The need for parking spaces (KRP) that must be provided for motorcycles and cars is 387 SRP and 26 SRP. Based on the result of forecasting in the next five years would require 6 ticket booths. The public waiting room area would require 316,2 m² and the width of the platform would be 159 cm. The need of the parking spaces (KRP) for motorcycles would be 452 SRP and cars by 34 SRP. The performance evaluation of the Jember Station showed that ticket booths and public waiting areas had not fullfilled the Standardization Guide of 2012, while the width of the platform and the need for parking spaces (KRP) had not fullfilled the Standardization Guide of 2012.
