Abstract

Bangunan gedung Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Airlangga terletak di Mulyorejo kota Surabaya. Berfungsi sebagai gedung perkuliahan atau fasilitas pendidikan. Bangunan terdiri atas 10 lantai. Sistem struktur yang digunakan adalah Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Modifikasi struktur dilakukan pada elemen balok dan pelat yang semula dikerjakan dengan cor di tempat (cast in situ) menjadi pracetak (precast). Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu kepada peraturan yang berlaku. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi analisa pembebanan, permodelan struktur dengan program bantu SAP, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, dan pengecekan syarat elemen struktur dan kontrol terhadap elemen pracetak. Hasil perhitungan struktrur meliputi tebal pelat 13 cm, dimensi balok induk 40 x 60 cm, dimensi balok anak 25 x 40 cm, dan dimensi kolom 60 x 60 cm. Sambungan antar elemen menggunakan sambungan basah, berupa pengecoran overtopping setebal 5 cm untuk pelat dan 13 cm untuk balok. ============================================================ Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University building is located in Mulyorejo Surabaya. The building is used to be academy or education facility, it cosists of 10 floors. It designed with Special Moment Resisting Frame System. Structure is modified on elements beam and slab, from cast in situ become precast. Structure and seismic is calculated based on on going regulation. Structure’s calculation process includes load analysis, structure’s modeling with SAP, inner force analysis, rebar calculating, structure’s element recuirement cheking and precast element controlling. The result of structural design are thickness of slab is 13 cm, dimension of the primary beam is 40 x 60 cm, dimension of the secondary beam is 25 x 40 cm, and dimension of coloumn is 60 x 60 cm. The connection design betwen elements is using wet connection, with overtopping as thick as 5 cm for slab and 13 cm for beam.
