Abstract

Telah dirancang sistem alarm pada simulator alat penukar panas dengan aksi tombol reset yang ada pada Human Machine Interface sebagai aksi untuk menstabilkan proses pada simulator sehingga jalannya proses tetap berjalan normal. Selama proses dari simulator ditentukan range operasional dari tiap unit sensor pengendalian yang ada pada simulator sebagai batas upper dan lower alarm. Range operasional pada unit pemanas dengan menggunakan heater dengan batas upper 75 C dan lower 23 C, range operasional pada unit pendingin dengan menggunakan refrigerant dengan batas upper 35 C dan lower 5 C, serta range operasional pada level tangki dengan batas upper 45 cm dan lower 15 cm. ======================================================================================================================== The alarm system has been designed on a simulator tool heat exchanger with the reset button on the Human Machine Interface as action to stabilize the process on the simulator so that the course of the process continue to run normally. During the process of the specified range operating simulator from each unit controlling censors on the simulator as the boundary of the upper and lower alarm. Range of operations on the unit heater using the heater with the upper limit of 75 C and lower 23 C, the cooling unit on the operational range by using the refrigerant withthe upper 35 C and lower 5 C operating range, as well as on the level of the tank with the upper limit is 45 cm and lower 15 cm
