Abstract
Data
Riskesdas tahun 2013 menunjukkan adanya kecendeerungan kenaikan prevalensi strok
tubuh penderita mendapatkan fungsi otot mereka kembali.
bentuk ergonomis, maka kebutuhan proses rehabilitasi diatas dapat diatasi.=======================================Stroke is a disease that is often encountered, generally at age 65 years and over. Basic Health
Research from 2013 shows a tendency of increasing prevalence of stroke every year in
Indonesia. This results in an increasing number of stroke patients who experience poststroke
problems in their bodies. The rehabilitation process can help the patient's body get
their muscle function back. However, in the process of hand muscle rehabilitation,
sometimes the patient has different levels of recovery and requires regular therapy. The use
of exoskeleton rehabilitation to be used as an alternative patient to perform therapy
independently and regularly without the need to rely on the therapist. Analysis of the
mechanisms of exoskeleton already in circulation and drive system (actuator) needs to be
done in developing exoskeleton in accordance with standard and therapeutic needs. In
addition, since the majority of stroke sufferers are elderly, it is also necessary to design
according to the preferences and needs of the elderly in order to be used optimally. The need
for form and ergonomics studies is an important part of the elderly being able to use the
exoskeleton regularly every day. With the design of exoskeleton that meets the criteria of
light, adjustable and powered, through the analysis of mechanism, actuator, weight and
ergonomical shape, the need for rehabilitation process above can be overcome.
