Abstract

Penentuan posisi objek pada suatu lokasi merupakan hal yang fundamental dalam berbagai penelitian yang berhubungan dengan layanan berbasis lokasi (location base service). Berbagai macam perangkat teknologi untuk penentuan posisi objek sudah banyak digunakan. Namun perangkat-perangkat tersebut membutuhkan daya yang relatif besar dan jangkauan coverage yang tidak jauh. Di samping itu, objek yang berfungsi sebagai node memerlukan perangkat hemat daya karena sumber daya yang dimiliki terbatas. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini menawarkan membuat sistem penentuan posisi objek dengan perangkat Long Range Radio Frequency (LoRa) di mana perangkat tersebut memiliki keunggulan hemat daya dan jangkauan yang jauh serta menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things agar sistem dapat diakses secara remote. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem dapat memantau koordinat posisi objek dengan IoT dan dapat diakses secara remote. Range error penentuan koordinat posisi dengan menggunakan perangkat LoRa sebesar 3.73 meter sampai dengan 16.66 meter dalam coverage area 30 meter x 30 meter dan sebesar 12.5 meter sampai dengan 104.66 meter dalam coverage area 140 meter x 170 meter. Error konversi RSSI ke Jarak Ukur dengan menggunakan Regresi Polinomial mencapai 79%.

Positioning objects on location is fundamental in research related to location-based services. Various types of technological devices for positioning objects have been widely used. However, these devices require relatively large power and coverage that is not far enough. Besides, the object used as a node requires a power-saving device be-
cause provided power is limited. Therefore, this final project creates a positioning system with a Long Range Radio Frequency (LoRa) device in which these devices have the power saving advantage and long range using Internet of Things technology so that the system can be accessed remotely. From the test results, the system can monitor the coordinates of the object’s position with IoT and can be accessed remotely. Range error determining the coordinates of the object’s position using a LoRa device of 3.73 meters up to 16.66 me-
ters in textit coverage area 30 meters x 30 meters and 12.5 meters up to 104.66 meters in textit coverage area 140 meters x 170 meter. Textit Error converts RSSI to Measuring Distance using Polynomial Regression reaching 79%.
