Abstract

Smart Bike Sharing System pada dasarnya adalah usaha untuk menciptakan sistem transportasi yang berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan sistem penyewaan untuk pemakaian sepeda dan terintegrasi dengan sistem transportasi umum kota yang ada di Indonesia, Sharing Bike mulai ada dan berkembang di daerah Bandung. Namun, minat dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan sharing bike masih sangat minim sehingga fasilitas ini kurang diminati. Disisi lain, penulis menemukan dukungan di Bali diantaranya : dijadikan-nya Bali sebagai daerah percontohan kawasan energi bersih, kawasan percontohan untuk kendaraan listrik dan meningkatnya turis mancanegara dimana karakteristik sosial dan budaya mereka untuk bersepeda sangat tinggi, sehingga menjadi peluang untuk menerapkan smart bike sharing system dengan bahan bakar listrik. Namun tidak adanya transparansi harga dan tingkat fleksibiltas kendaraan yang rendah menyebabkan tingkat kepercayaan Warga Asing dengan moda trasportasi di Bali masih sangat rendah Oleh sebab itu, Smart Bike Sharing sistem dapat menjadi alternatif moda untuk mendukung mobilitas Turis Mancanegara di Bali. Konsep Smart Bike Sharing sistem diimplementasikan dengan sistem produk planning dimana Sharing Bike mengacu pada DR&O yang dibuat dan didesain dengan Key Concept sehingga user dapat memaksimalkan pengalaman bersepeda di Bali

Smart bike sharing system is basically efforts to create a sustainable transportation system using rental system for discharging bicycle and ntegrated with an urban public transportation system in indonesia. Sharing bike beginning to exist and been developed right in Bandung. But, Interest and community need for sharing bike is still very minimal so that this facility less attractive. The other side, The authors found support in bali of them: Bali order to a pioneer the remote and sparsely populated clean energy, The remote and sparsely populated pilot for electric vehicles and The foreign tourists where characteristic social and cultural them to cycling very high, so that becomes an opportunity to apply smart bike sharing system with fuel electricity. But not that there is transparency prices and the fleksibility vehicles low cause confidence foreigners with modes of trasportasi in bali is still very low. Because of that , smart bike sharing system can be an alternative to support the mobility of foreign tourists in Bali. The concept of smart bike sharing system implemented by system product planning where sharing bike referring to DR&O made and is designed with key concept that user maximize experience cycling in Bali
