Abstract
Jembatan Suramadu merupakan jembatan yang melintas di selat madura yang menghubungkan Kota Surabaya dan Pulau Madura. Jembatan ini menjadi jalur alternatif untuk meningkatkan laju perekonomian, pembangunan infrastruktur serta kegiatan pariwisata untuk Pulau Madura. Kondisi eksisting jembatan merupakan konstruksi jembatan cable stayed dengan bentang utama sepanjang 818 meter serta lebar jalan 30 meter.
Dalam perencanaan ini Jembatan Suramadu didesain menggunakan konstruksi jembatan gantung dengan tipe side span suspended. Jembatan ini direncanakan dengan bentang utama 1200 meter yang terdiri dari bentang tengah 800 meter dan bentang samping 200 m di setiap sisinya, serta lebar lantai kendaraan 30 meter. Material yang menyusun lantai kendaraan berupa material baja dengan tipe orthotropic steel box girder. Struktur pylon dari beton bertulang yang terletak pade kedua sisi bentang tengah jembatan.
Dari hasil perencanaan diperoleh dimensi struktur sekunder yang terdiri atas railing dengan profil rectangular hollow 200.200.8 dan circular hollow D3,5”. Sedangkan untuk struktur utama, pada lantai kendaraan direncanakan menggunakna orthotropic plate tebal 16 mm, closed ribs bentuk trapezoidal dimensi 300.250.150.8, floor beam profil T dimensi 700.300.15.28, pelat dinding box girder samping tebal 24 mm dan rangka batang dimensi 2L 150.150.15.15. Sambungan yang digunakan adalah las fillet dan baut M24 dan M30. Struktur kabel tersusun atas 7-wire strand dengan diameter kabel utama 550 mm tersusun dari 7 kabel strand 187 dan kabel penggantung 140 mm tersusun dari strand 109. Pada kolom pylon didesain dengan dimensi 5000 x 7000 mm dan balok kolom dimensi 5000 x 5000 mm dengan rongga didalamnya.
Dalam desain struktur jembatan gantung ini digunakan program bantu MIDAS Civil 2011 v2.1 pada analisa struktur utama sekaligus tahapan metode pelaksanaan dan SAP2000 untuk menganalisa struktur sekunder. Hasil analisa juga digunakan untuk analisa stabilitas aerodinamis yang meliputi kontrol frekuensi alami, efek flutter dan vortex shedding. Desain dilakukan dengan mengacu SNI 1725 2016, Peraturan PU No. 08/SE/M/2015, RSNI 2833 2016, SNI 2847 2013.

Suramadu Bridge is a bridge that crosses the Madura Strait that connects the city of Surabaya and Madura Island. This bridge is an alternative route to increase the economic pace, infrastructure development and tourism activities for Madura Island. The existing condition of the bridge is the construction of cable stayed bridge with a main span of 818 meters and a road width of 30 meters.
In this modification, Suramadu bridge is designed using suspension bridge construction with side span suspended type. The bridge has total span of 1200 m consisting of mid span 800-metre and side span 200 m on each side, as well as a 30-metre total width. The deck is created from steel material with orthotropic steel box girder type. Pylon structure is created from reinforced concrete located both sides of the center of the bridge.
The results of design obtained a secondary structure dimension consisting of railing with a rectangular hollow profile 200.200.8 and circular hollow D3,5 ". As for the main structure, the deck is planned to use an orthotropic plate the thickness 16 mm, closed ribs with shape trapezoidal have dimension 300.250.150.8, floor beam with profile T 700.300.15.28, side box girder plate thickness 24 mm and 2L 150.150.15.15-dimensional rod frame. The connections used are welding fillet and bolts M24 and M30. The cable structure is composed of 7-wire strand with a diameter of 550 mm main cable composed of 7 strand 187 cables and a 140 mm hanger composed of Strand 109. In the Pylon column was designed with dimensions of 5000 x 7000 mm and a column beam of 5000 x 5000 mm with non massive structure.
In the design of the structure of the suspension bridge used the program of MIDAS Civil 2011 v 2.1 for the analysis of the main structure and the stages of implementation methods and SAP2000 to analyze secondary structures. The results of the analysis are also used for aerodynamic stability analysis which includes natural frequency control, flutter and vortex shedding effects. Design is done by referring SNI 1725 2016, regulation PU No. 08/SE/M/2015, RSNI 2833 2016, SNI 2847 2013.
