Abstract

Pipa merupakan suatu teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan fluida seperti minyak, gas, atau air dalam jumlah besar dan jarak jauh atau di daerah lepas pantai maupun di daratan. Karena medan yang akan dilalui sangat beragam yaitu mulai dari dataran rendah, di dalam tanah, dan di dalam laut maka tidak lepas dari resiko yang bersifat tidak pasti. Maka dari itu untuk mengurangi kerugian yang membahayakan lingkungan dan pekerja harus dipastikan bahwa pipeline beroperasi secara aman. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan Analisa resiko pada offshore pipeline menggunakan pendekatan Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Terdapat 14 risiko kegagalan setelah diidentifikasi yang berpotensi terjadinya kegagalan pada kondisi operasi. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode FMEA dan fuzzy FMEA didapatkan bahwa mode kegagalan terbesar terdapat pada internal korosi dengan hasil RPN sebesar 512 dan FRPN sebesar 8,32. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menentukan posisi zona kegagalan pada matriks risiko yang mengacu pada sumber. Setelah mengetahui posisi zona risiko, maka dapat dilakukan langkah mitigasi atau pencegahan agar mengurangi potensi terjadinya kegagalan.

Pipeline is a technology that is used to transpot fluid such as oil, gas or water in large quantities and over long distances or in areas offshore and onshore. Because the terrain to be traversed is very diverse, starting form the lowlands, in the seabed, and in the sea so it cannot be separated form the risks that are uncertain. Therefore to reduce losses that endanger the environment and workers must be ensured that the pipeline operates safely. In this final project risk analysis will be carried out on the offshore pipeline using Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. This method can prevent or detect the failure mode earlier. Then the calculation of fuzzy is done to get the highest and lowest number. There are 14 risks of failure after being identified that have potential for failure in operating conditions. The calculation results using the FMEA and fuzzy FMEA methods found that the biggest failure mode is in internal corrosion with the RPN results is 512 and FRPN is 8,32. The next step is to determine the position of the failure zone in the risk matrix that refers to the source. After knowing the position of the risk zone, mitigation or prevention measures can be taken to reduce the potential for failure.
