Abstract

Gedung Marvell City, perkantoran 13 lantai yang
mengalami beberapa modifikasi dalam strukturnya dalam tahap
pelaksanaan. Merupakan gedung dengan konstruksi beton
bertulang konvensional, dengan jarak kolom rata-rata 8 meter.
Struktur gedung ini merupakan existing yang tidak dipakai
selama puluhan tahun dengan tanpa adanya perawatan. Dengan
adanya perubahan desain, sehingga terjadi penambahan beban
pada struktur existing maka perlu diadakan peninjauan kembali,
mempertimbangkan adanya susut dan rangkak pada beton seiring
berjalannya waktu. Selain itu dengan adanya penambahan
struktur tanpa menggunakan shearwall beton, maka digunakan
struktur baja sistem BRBF yang dapat menahan beban siklik
akibat beban lateral.
Dengan adanya perubahan pada struktur bangunan tersebut,
dilakukan desain baru dengan Baja sistem BRBF. Tahapan desain
mulai dari menghitung gaya dan beban-beban yang
mempengaruhi struktur, menentukan desain sistem strukturnya,
mengontrol stabilitas elemen-elemen struktur terhadap bebanbeban
yang bekerja, menentukan pondasi yang dipakai pada
sistem struktur yang mampu menahan beban-beban yang
direncanakan, kemudian menuangkan dalam gambar teknis
sebagai hasil akhir perencanan.
Struktur baja dengan BRBF (Buckling Restrained Braced
Frame) diharapkan dapat menggantikan struktur beton penahan
beban lateral. Disamping itu karena baja lemah dalam hal
menerima tekanan, maka masalah tekuk yg terjadi pada baja
harus dapat diantisipasi. Dalam upaya menyelesaikan masalah
tekuk pada sistem rangka bresing konsentrik, nilai kelangsingan
yang dimiliki bresing direncanakan sekecil mungkin, agar nilai
kekuatan bresing dapat mendekati kekuatan lelehnya.
Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu:
tebal pelat atap, plat lantai 9 cm, dimensi balok induk lantai 1-
4WF 700.300.13.24, dimensi balok induk lantai 4-8 WF
600.20011.17, dimensi balok induk lantai 8-Atap WF
500.200.10.16, dimensi kolom lantai 1-4 HSS800.800.16, dimensi
kolom lantai 4-8 HSS700.700.16, dimensi kolom lantai 8-Atap
HSS600.600.16, dimensi BRB arah memanjang HSS200.200.10
dengan Steel Core 150.150.15, dimensi BRB arah melintang
HSS200.200.10 dengan Steel Core 175.175.15. Sambungan
struktur utama direncanakan sebagai sambungan kaku dengan
baut A-325. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang
spun pile dimensi berdiameter 30cm dengan kedalaman 30m.
Sloof ukuran 40cm x 60cm dengan tulangan utama tarik 5D16
dan tekan 4D16 dan tulangan geser Ø12-200. ========== Marvell City, an office building with 13 floors had
undergone several modifications in its structure during the
implementation phase. It is a building with conventional concrete
construction, with an average column spacing 8 meters. This
building is a former existing building that was not in use for
decades and was given no treatment. With the change in design,
there is additional load on the existing structure, thus, it is
necessary to review and consider the shrinkage and damage of
the concrete within the time. On the other hand, because of the
addition of structure without concrete shear wall, a BRBF steel
structure system that can withstand cyclic loads due to lateral
load is used.
Thus, with the structure changes of the building, a new
design with BRBF Steel system is carried out. Stage of designs is
started from calculating the force and loads which affect the
structure, determining the design of structure system, controlling
the stability of structural elements to the active loads,
determining the base which used in the structure system, which is
capable to withstand the loads planned, the last, describing it in
technical drawing as a final result planning.
A steel structure with BRBF (buckling restrained braced
frames) is expected to replace lateral load-bearing concrete
structure. Besides, because the steel material is weak in terms of
receiving pressure, the problems that occurred in steel buckling
must be able to anticipate. As an effort to solve the buckling
problem of concentric bracing frame system, the slender value of
bracing is planned as small as possible, so that the bracing power
value can approach its melting strength.
From the analysis and calculation results, it is concluded
that : The thickness of roof plate, floor plate 9cm, main beam
dimension of 1-4th floor WF 700.300.13.24, main beam dimension
of 4-8th floor WF 600.20011.17, main beam dimension of 8th floor
WF 500.200.10.16, column dimensions of 1-4th floor
HSS800.800.16, column dimensions of 4-8th floor HSS700.700.16,
column dimensions of 8th floor-Rooftop HSS600.600.16,
elongated BRB dimension HSS200.200.10 with Steel Core
150.150.15, transversal BRB dimension HSS200.200.10 with
Steel Core 175.175.15. The main structure connection is planned
as a rigid connection with A-325 bolt. Base plan is using spun
pile pole, 30cm in diameter with 30m depth. Sloop size 40cm x
60cm with the main reinforcement pull 5D16, pressure 4D16 and
shear Ø12-200.
