Abstract

Sistem pengendalian temperatur cooler water pada water scrubber system biogas merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan temperatur pada cooler water agar stabil dengan merencanakan kontrol menggunakan Arduino uno sebagai kontrolernya. Dimana hasil pengukuran temperatur ini dapat ditampilkan pada LCD. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan sistem pengendalian temperature cooler water dengan sensor yang dipergunakan untuk mengukur variabel temperatur adalah k-type Thermocouple dengan pengkondisian sinyal MAX6675. Hasil pengukuran temperature ini akan diolah dengan menggunakan Arduino Uno untuk menghasilkan output yang dapat mengindikasikan kondisi temperatur pada cooler water, sehingga ketika temperatur cooler water mencapai set point 15ºC maka aktuator pompa air akan menyala. Temperatur cooler water akan mempengaruhi proses produksi selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, temperature pada cooler water dikendalikan karena mempengaruhi proses purifikasi biogas. ======================================================================================================== Temperature control cooler water at water scrubber system biogas is a system used to control the temperature at purification biogas with the planned control using arduino kontrolernya uno as. Where the results of measuring temperature this can be displayed on lcd .On the task of the end of this is done design a system of temperature control cooler water with sensors which used to measure temperature is variable k-type thermocouple with conditioning signal MAX6675. The results of the measurement of temperature is to be processed using arduino uno to produce outputs that can indicate temperature conditions in the cooler water, so when the temperature of a cooler water output reached set point 15 ºC then the water pump will turn actuator. The temperature of a cooler water will will affect the production process further. Because of it, temperature in a boiler will remain stable approaching set point. Therefore, the temperature at the water cooler is controlled because it affects the biogas purification process.
