Abstract

Pabrik Minyak Goreng Jagung akan didirikan dan siap beroperasi pada tahun 2023, dengan pembelian peralatan pada tahun 2020 dan masa konstruksi selama 2 tahun (2021-2022). Lokasi pabrik direncanakan di daerah Tambakboyo, Tuban, Jawa Timur. Pemilihan lokasi pabrik ini berkaitan dengan ketersediaan bahan baku utama berupa biji jagung. Kapasitas produksi Minyak Goreng Jagung direncanakan sebesar 4.300 ton minyak/tahun. Perencanaan ini berdasarkan jumlah lahan yang dimiliki oleh pabrik dan jumlah raw material yang tersedia untuk proses produksi. Dalam pemenuhan kapasitas tahunan, pabrik akan beroperasi kontinyu 24 jam per hari selama 330 hari. Untuk memproduksi Minyak Goreng Jagung sebesar 4.300 ton minyak/tahun diperlukan bahan baku Jagung sebesar 15.100 kg biji jagung/jam. Dari perhitungan analisa ekonomi, dengan harga jual minyak goreng jagung sebesar $2600 per ton, harga maize $385 dan harga corn fatty acid $800 per ton. Adapaun diperoleh Internal Rate Return (IRR) sebesar 12,86%. Dengan IRR tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pabrik layak untuk didirikan dengan suku bunga 9,95% dan waktu pengembalian modal (pay out period) selama 6,87 tahun. Perhitungan analisa ekonomi didasarkan pada discounted cash flow. Modal untuk pendirian pabrik menggunakan rasio 30% modal sendiri dan 70% modal pinjaman. Modal total yang dibutuhkan untuk mendirikan pabrik adalah sebesar Rp. 123.013.762.576,10 Sedangkan Break Event Point (BEP) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 48,55%. ================================================================================================================== The Corn Edible Oil Factory will be set up and ready operates in 2023, with the purchase of equipment in 2020 and a construction period of 2 years (2021-2022). The factory location is planned in the Tambakboyo area, Tuban, East Java. The choice of factory location is related to the availability of the main raw material in the form of corn kernels. The production capacity of Corn Cooking Oil is planned amounting to 4,300 tons of oil / year. This planning is based on the amount of land owned by the factory and the amount of raw material available for the production process. In meeting the annual capacity, the plant will operate continuously 24 hours per day for 330 days. To produce 4,300 tonnes of corn cooking oil / year, 15,100 kg of corn kernels / hour are required. From the calculation of the economic analysis, the selling price of corn cooking oil is $ 2600 per ton, maize price is $ 385 and corn fatty acid price is $ 800 per ton. However, the Internal Rate Return (IRR) was obtained of 12.86%. This IRR indicates that the factory is feasible to be established with an interest rate of 9.95% and a payout period of 6.87 years. Economic analysis calculations are based on discounted cash flow. Capital for the establishment of a factory uses a ratio of 30% own capital and 70% loan capital. The total capital required to set up a factory is Rp. 123,013,762,576.10 while the Break Event Point (BEP) obtained is 48.55%.
