Abstract

Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi sebagai wadah yang digunakan untuk menyediakan jumlah TKBM yang sesuai dengan jumlah maupun kemampuan untuk melakukan kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Kesejahteraan tenaga kerja menjadi hal yang penting mengingat bahwa jenis pekerjaan bongkar muat ini merupakan pekerjaan dengan kinerja tinggi karena membutuhkan pikiran dan tenaga yang besar. Namun, beberapa tahun terakhir terjadi penurunan jumlah permintaan kegiatan bongkar muat yang mengakibatkan pemasukan dari masing-masing tenaga kerja juga menurun yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik-praktik kerja berkinerja tinggi (ability, motivation, opportunity) terhadap tiga dimensi kesejahteraan karyawan: health, happiness, dan relational well-being. Desain penelitian yaitu eksplanatori dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online dan offline bagi responden yang memiliki keterbatasan mengakses secara online pada 100 TKBM Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi. Data diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM). Ditemukan bahwa ability enhancing berpengaruh positif terhadap ketiga jenis kesejahteraan karyawan. Motivation enhancing (evaluation employee) berpengaruh positif terhadap health, happiness well being, dan negatif terhadap relational well-being. Motivation enhancing (employment security) berpengaruh positif terhadap ketiga jenis kesejahteraan karyawan. Ability enhancing berpengaruh positif terhadap health, happiness well being, dan negatif terhadap relational well-being.

Koperasi TKBM in Tanjung Wangi port as a container used to provide the number of TKBM that is in accordance with the number and capability to carry out loading and unloading activities at the port. The well-being of the workers is important considering that the type of loading and unloading work is a high-performance job because it requires a lot of thought and energy. However, in recent years the number of demand for loading and unloading activities has decreased dramatically resulting in the income of each workforce also decreasing. This study aims to determine the effect of high-performance work practices (ability, motivation, opportunity) on three dimensions of employee well-being: health, happiness, and relational well-being. The research design is explanatory by distributing questionnaires online and offline for respondents who have limited access online with 100 TKBM Tanjung Wangi Port responden. Data is processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM). It was found that ability enhancing has a positive effect on all three types of employee well-being. Motivation enhancing (employee evaluation) positively influences health, happiness well being, and negatively influences relational well-being. Motivation enhancing (employment security) has a positive effect on the three types of employee welfare. Ability of enhancing has a positive effect on health, happiness well being, and negatively affects relational well-being.
