Abstract

Jembatan Cincin Lama Widang yang dibangun pada tahun 1970 merupakan jembatan yang menghubungkan Kecamatan Babat, Kabupaten Lamongan dengan Kecamatan Widang, Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur. Jembatan Cincin Lama Widang memiliki panjang total 260 m yang terbagi menjadi 6 segmen yaitu 18.09 m, 51 m, 51 m, 51.06 m, 51 m dan 37.39 m dengan menggunakan struktur rangka baja dan memiliki lebar jembatan 9 meter. Pada tugas akhir ini Jembatan Cincin Lama Widang tersebut direncanakan ulang menggunakan Jembatan Busur Rangka Baja dengan bentang 160 meter dan masing-masing pendekat (Approach) dengan bentang 50 meter. Karena jenis jembatan busur dapat digunakan pada bentang 60-600 meter sehingga lebih efektif dan dapat mengurangi penggunaan plarpilar jembatan yang berada di tengah sungai serta dapat memberi nilai estetika yang dapat menjadi ikon baru Kota Tuban dan Kota Lamongan. Dasar perencanaan jembatan mengacu pada peraturan SNI 1725:2016, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2833-2016. Tahapan perencanaan jembatan dimulai dari perhitungan lantai kendaraan, perhitungan gelagar memanjang dan melintang. Kemudiam perhitungan struktur utama menggunakan bantuan software Midas Civil. viii Dari hasil perencanaan, didapat profil struktur busur utama yaitu menggunakan profil Double WF 700x550x40x45,Tie Beam menggunakan profil BOX 1000x1000x50x50 dan diameter kabel penggantung 72 mm, perletakan menggunakan Pot Bearing.Metode pelaksanaan yang ditinjau menggunakan sistem Half Cantilever. ==================================================================================================================== The Old Widang Ring Bridge that was built in 1970 is a bridge that connects Babat District, Lamongan Regency with Widang District, Tuban Regency, East Java. The Old Widang Ring Bridge has a total length of 260 m which is divided into 6 segments namely 18.09 m, 51 m, 51 m, 51.06 m, 51 m and 37.39 m using a steel frame structure and has a bridge width of 9 meters. In this final project the Old Ring of the Widang Bridge is re-planned using a Steel Frame Arch Bridge with a span of 160 meters and each approach (Approach) with a span of 50 meters. Because the type of arc bridge can be used in 60-600 meters spans making it more effective and can reduce the use of bridge pillars that are in the middle of the river and can provide aesthetic value that can become a new icon of Tuban City and Lamongan City. The basis of bridge planning refers to the regulations of SNI 1725: 2016, SNI 1729: 2015, SNI 2833-2016. The stages of bridge planning start from the calculation of the vehicle floor, the calculation of the girth lengthwise and transversely. The rudimentary calculation of the main structure uses the help of Midas Civil software. From the planning results, the main arc structure profile is obtained using the Double WF profile 700x550x40x45, Tie Beam using the BOX profile 1000x1000x50x50 and the diameter of the hanging cable 72 mm, placement using Pot Bearing. The x implementation method is reviewed using the Half Cantilever system.
