Abstract

One Stop Living Apartemen Alton adalah salah satu apartemen dan pusat perbelanjaan yang memiliki 30 lantai dan 2 basemen di Kota Semarang. Apartemen ini memiliki struktur penahan tanah berupa soldier pile untuk menahan tekanan lateral tanah basemen 2 lantai tersebut. Dalam pembangunannya, metode konstruksi apartemen dilaksanakan secara bottom up. Dalam perkembangannya, proyek mengalami keterlambatan dari target yang ditentukan. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kemungkinan adanya alternatif lain yang lebih efisien dari segi waktu. Alternatif perencanaan dinding penahan tanah pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah diaphragm wall yang dilaksanakan secara top down. Tugas Akhir ini akan membandingkan durasi pelaksanaan konstruksi antara eksisting dengan alternatif yang ditawarkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perhitungan kebutuhan dimensi diaphragm wall yang selanjutkan akan digunakan dalam penyusunan penjadwalan untuk menentukan durasi pelaksanaannya. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan durasi pelaksanaan alternatif lebih singkat yaitu sebesar 439 hari sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan eksisting 556 hari. Sehingga, alternatif dinding penahan tanah berupa diaphragm wall yang dilaksanakan secara top down merupakan alternatif yang lebih efektif dari segi durasi. ================================================================================================================== One Stop Living Apartemen Alton is one of apartment and shopping center which has 30 floors and 2 basement located in Semarang City. This apartement has a retainig wall in form of a soldier pile in order to withstand the lateral pressure of the basement. In its construction, apartment construction was builded in a bottom up method. In its development, the project has been delayed from the specified target, so the owner considers the possibility of other alternarives that are more efficient in terms of time. Alternatif planning of retaining wall in this Final Project is diaphragm wall whis is carried out in top down method. The purpose of this Final Project is to compare the duration of construction implementation between exisiting and alternatives offered. Therefore, we need a calculation of the diaphragm wall dimension needs which will be used later in the preparation of the scheduling to determine the duration of its implementation. Based on the calculation done in thi Final Project, a shorter duration of alternatives implementation is obtained, which is 439 days while for the existing 556 days. Thus, an alternatives soil retaining wall in the form of a diaphragm wall carried out in top down method is the most effective alternative in term of duration
