Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan sistem diagnosis kondisi operasi polishing unit berbasis sistem pakar. Sistem pakar dibuat untuk membantu operator dalam menjaga kondisi operasi, dengan memberikan saran penambahan nutrisi dan diagnosis parameter fisis dan Influent berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan. Operator dapat menggunakan sistem pakar dengan memasukkan data parameter melalui GUI. Hasil diagnosis sistem pakar kemudian ditampilkan di GUI. Hasil tersebut berupa diagnosis untuk parameter yang diidentifikasi dari data record yang berasal dari wawancara dengan operator, yakni OIW Influent, COD Influent, OIW Effluent, COD Effluent, serta dosis Urea dan TSP. Pada aplikasi sistem pakar, digunakan input data operasi pada sepuluh tanggal sepanjang tahun 2019-2020. Sistem pakar sistem pakar menyarankan dosis Urea yang sesuai sebanyak 8 dari 10 aplikasi, dan dosis TSP yang sesuai sebanyak 6 dari 10 aplikasi. ========================================================= An expert system for operating condition polishing unit-based diagnostic system has been designed. An expert system was created to assist operators in maintaining operating conditions, by providing recommendations for the addition of nutrients and diagnosis of physical and Influent parameters based on the entered data. Operators can use the expert system by entering parameter data through the GUI. The results of the expert system diagnosis are then displayed in the GUI. These results are in the form of diagnoses for parameters identified from data records derived from interviews with operators, namely OIW, COD, foaming, water / bacteria color, aeration zone level, and suggestions for adding nutrients. In the validation of expert system performance, operational data input is used on ten dates throughout 2020. The expert sytem can give Urea dose correctly for 8 out of 10 application, and TSP dose correctly for 6 out of 10 application.
