Abstract

Telah dilakukan rancang bangun Generator BLDC dengan spesifikasi strator berdimensi sebesar 20 x 20 x 5 cm memiliki jumlah 9 buah kumparan dengan bahan kawat tembaga, roda magnet berdimensi jari-jari 20 cm dan tinggi 3cm berisi 8 magnet, menggunakan variasi kecepatan (0-900) rpm, dan varisi pembebanan resistor rentang (0,25 – 15) Ω . Untuk rpm set 200 menghasilkan tegangan sebesar (0,963 ± 0,001) V, arus sebesar (429,6 ± 0,01) mA, dan daya sebesar (0,414 ± 0,004) Watt, dan untuk rpm set 900 menghasilkan tegangan sebesar (5,869 ± 0,001) V, arus sebesar (2315,3 ± 0,01) mA, dan daya sebesar (13,588 ± 0,004) Watt. Besar daya dari uji pembebanan daya pengujian pada 900 rpm. Hasil pada saat 15 Ω di dapatkan nilai tegangan (5,865 ± 0.001) V, arus (1862,30 ± 0.01) mA, dan daya (10,922 ± 0.002) Watt, pada 0,25 Ω di dapatkan nilai tegangan (4,168±0.001) V, arus (4621,40 ± 0.01) mA, dan daya (19,262 ± 0.004) Watt, dan hasil daya tertinggi pada pembebanan 3 Ω dengan tegangan (5,683 ± 0,001) V, arus (3976,20 ± 0,01) mA, dan daya sebesar (22,596 ± 0,004) Watt.

The design of the BLDC Generator with a strator specification with dimensions of 20 x 20 x 5 cm has been carried out with 9 pieces of copper wire material, a magnetic wheel with a radius of 20 cm and a height of 3 cm containing 8 magnets, using variations in speed (0-900) rpm, and the variation of the resistor loading range (0.25 - 15) Ω. For 200 rpm set the voltage is (0.963 ± 0.001) V, the current is (429.6 ± 0.01) mA, and the power is (0.414 ± 0.004) Watt, and for the 900 set rpm produces a voltage of (5.869 ± 0.001) V, the current is (2315.3 ± 0.01) mA, and the power is (13.588 ± 0.004) Watt. The magnitude of the power from the test loading power testing at 900 rpm. Results when 15 Ω get the voltage value (5.865 ± 0.001) V, current (1862.30 ± 0.01) mA, and power (10.922 ± 0.002) Watt, at 0.25 Ω get the voltage value (4.168 ± 0.001) V, current (4621.40 ± 0.01) mA, and power (19.262 ± 0.004) Watt, and the highest power yield at loading 3 Ω with voltage (5.683 ± 0.001) V, current (3976.20 ± 0.01) mA, and power of (22,596 ± 0,004) Watts.
