Abstract

Polusi udara merupakan dampak nyata atas permasalahan yang dihadapi baik dikota besar maupun dikota kecil. Polusi udara disebabkan oleh berbagai jenis polutan yang merupakan benda-benda yang kadarnya lebih besar dari kadar normal yang ada di atmosfir. Diantara polutan-polutan yang berbahaya tersebut adalah NO2 dan SO2. Untuk menanggulangi berbagai dampak buruk yang terjadi, maka perlu dilakukan pendeteksian konsentrasi polutan pada seluruh wilayah di Kota Surabaya. Pendekteksian konsentrasi polutan telah diukur oleh alat pengukur pencemaran udara yang telah di monitoring oleh Air Polluting Monitoring System. Pendeteksian tersebut selain dapat dilakukan dengan alat ukur, pencemaran udara dapat juga diestimasi dengan menggunakan salah satu modifikasi Kalman Filter yaitu Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) dengan model polusi difusi adveksi. Metode Ensemble Kalman Filter dapat mengestimasi penyebaran polusi udara di 100 posisi dengan 3 data pengukuran di daerah Kebonsari, Wonorejo, dan Ketabang Kali. Rata-rata MAPE yang relatif kecil pada simulasi dengan pembangkitan ensemble 1000. Rata-rata MAPE NO2 di daerah Kebonsari adalah 4.7469% , di daerah Wonorejo adalah 1.3116% dan di daerah Ketabang Kali adalah 4.0475%. Sedangkan, rata-rata MAPE SO2 di daerah Kebonsari adalah 6.4746%, di daerah Wonorejo adalah 1.9254% dan di daerah Ketabang Kali adalah 1.0869%. ============================================================== Air pollution is a real impact on the problems faced by both major cities and small towns. Air pollution is caused by various types of pollutants that are objects that are larger than the normal levels in the atmosphere. Among these harmful pollutants are the NO2 and SO2. To overcome the various adverse impacts, the detection of pollutant concentrations in all areas of Surabaya is necessary. The determination of pollutant concentrations has been measured by the air pollution measuring device that has been monitoring by Air Polluting Monitoring System. Such detection can be performed with measuring instruments, air pollution can also be estimated by using one of the modified Kalman Filter is an Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) with a model of pollution diffusion advection. The Ensemble Kalman Filter method can estimate of air pollution distribution in 100 positions with 3 measurement data in the areas Kebonsari, Wonorejo, and Ketabang Kali. Average MAPE is relatively small in simulation with an ensemble generation 1000. The average MAPE NO2 in the Kebonsari area is 4.7469%, in the area Wonorejo is 1.3116% and in the area of Ketabang Kali is 4.0475%. Meanwhile, the average MAPE SO2 in the area of Kebonsari is 6.4746%, in the area Wonorejo is 1.9254% and in the area of Ketabang Kali is 1.0869%.
