Abstract

Surabaya sebagai Ibu Kota Jawa Timur memiliki masalah pencemaran air akibat sampah yang mencemari Sungai Brantas Surabaya. Tugas Akhir ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melakukan analisis teknis mengenai desain boat yang memiliki lambung katamaran. Fasilitas untuk pengambilan dan pengolahan sampah yaitu loading conveyor, conveyor perantara, storage conveyor, dan offloading conveyor serta mesin pengolah sampah yang digunakan untuk mengolah sampah organik dan anorganik. Hasil olahan sampah berupa percahan kecil dari sampah yang diolah. Pemilihan lambung katamaran dikarenakan katamaran memiliki geladak yang lebih luas dan kondisi sungai yang cukup dangkal. Proses desain dalam penentuan payload berdasarkan data sampah dari Jasa Tirta setiap bulannya. Penentuan ukuran utama kapal dilakukan dengan metode intuitive design. Metode tersebut dilakukan dengan cara menentukan kebutuhan luasan fasilitas yang ada diatas kapal, kondisi payload, dan keadaan sungai. Perhitungan teknis lainnya menggunakan rules untuk kapal katamaran dengan L<50 m. Hasil perhitungan teknis diperoleh ukuran utama sebessar Lpp = 9.959 m, B = 3.842 m, H =1.800 m, T = 1.000 m, B1= 0.796 m, Cb = 0.588, dan Vs = 4 knots. Selanjutnya dari ukuran utama yang diperoleh dibuat Gambar Rencana Garis, Gambar Rencana Umum, dan 3D. Trash Recycling Catamaran Boat dioperasikan di sungai Brantas Surabaya untuk wilayah Karang Pilang-Gunungsari. Biaya pembangunan kapal yaitu Rp271.164.408 dan biaya operasional setiap bulan yaitu Rp16.129.972.

Surabaya is a capital in East Java that have problem like water polutions due to trash in the Brantas River Surabaya. This Final Project has purpose to do technical analysis about boat design that have catamaran hull. The facilities have functions to take and recycling the trash like loading, storage, offloading conveyor, and trash recycling machine for recycling organic and anorganic trash. The result of trash recycling has become small pieces. Choosing catamaran boat because they have wide deck and river condition is shallow enough.. Design process to determine payload based on the trash data from Jasa Tirta every month. Determining the main size based on intuitive design. This methode depend on the area of the facilities on board, payload condition, and river’s depth. Technical calculations use the rules of catamaran with L<50 m. Technical calculation results obtained Lpp = 9.959 m, B = 3.842 m, H =1.8 m, T = 1.000 m, B1=0.796 m, Cb = 0.588, dan Vs = 4 knots. Furthermore, from the main measure obtained created Lines Plan, General Arrangement, and 3D Model. Trash Recycling Catamaran Boat can be operated in Brantas River Surabaya especially Karang Pilang-Gunungsari. Building cost for this ship is Rp271.164.408 and the operational cost is Rp16.129.972.
