Abstract

Jalan tol Surabaya - Mojokerto merupakan jalan tol yang menghubungkan Kota Surabaya dan Kota Mojokerto. Adanya jalan Tol tersebut diharapkan mampu mengatasi kemacetan yang diakibatkan oleh laju pertumbuhan kendaraan yang terus meningkat.. Pembangunan tersebut melewati area perbukitan dan lembah sehingga diperlukan pekerjaan galian dan timbunan. Pada KM 737+400 merupakan daerah galian dan lerengnya mengalami kelongsoran, di sebelah lereng yang mengalami kelongsoran telah terpasang perkuatan grassblock. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi penyebab kelongsoran dan alternatif perbaikannya agar kelongsoran tidak terjadi lagi pada ruas jalan tol tersebut. Dengan memperhatikan hasil data tanah yang ada maka dapat dihitung angka keamanan dari stabilitas lereng pada saat kelongsoran terjadi. Dengan menggunakan data tanah asli, diperoleh nilai SF>1, ini berarti kondisi lereng tidak mengalami longsor, berbeda dengan kondisi yang ada di lapangan. Nilai SF<1 diperoleh dengan menganggap tanah sebagai pasir (behaving like sand). Maka pada perencanaan ini lereng direncanakan dalam kondisi terburuk, jadi tanah yang digunakan adalah data tanah behaving like sand. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, kemudian dapat direncanakan sistem perkuatan lereng dengan pemasangan geotextile + subdrain, soil nailing, dan gabion + geotextile. Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan perkuatan lereng tersebut didapatkan, 1) Perkuatan geotextile + subdrain membutuhkan 8 lapis geotextile dengan kuat tarik 50 kN dan panjang total adalah 36 m serta dimensi subdrain 30 cm x 30 cm; 2) Perkuatan soil nailing membutuhkan 125 buah dengan panjang 4,5 m; 3) Perkuatan gabion + geotextile menggunakan bronjong dimensi ukuran panjang 200 cm, lebar 100 cm, dan tinggi 50 cm serta jumlah geotextile dibutuhkan 11 lapis geotextile dengan kuat tarik 200 kN dan panjang total adalah 71,5 m. Dilihat dari biaya material yang ekonomis maka dipilih perkuatan geotextile + subdrain dengan total biaya material yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp 957.001.050. ========================================================= Surabaya - Mojokerto expressway is a highway that connects the city of Surabaya and the city of Mojokerto. The construction passes through hilly areas and valleys so that excavation and embankment work is needed. At KM 737 + 400 is an excavated area and the slope is overflow, next to the slope experiencing landslide has been installed grass block reinforcement. But after being analyzed using geoslope software the SF value is less than 1.5. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the causes of landslides and alternative improvements so that landslides do not occur again on the expressway section. By paying attention to the results of the existing soil data, it can be calculated the safety value of the slope stability at the time of the landslide. By using field soil data, the value of SF> 1 is obtained, this means that the slope does not overflow, which is different from the conditions in the field. The value of SF <1 is obtained by considering the soil as sand (behaving like sand). So in this plan the slope is planned in the worst condition, so the soil used is behaving like sand soil data. Based on the results of these calculations, then the slope reinforcement system can be planned by installing geotextile + subdrain, soil nailing, and gabion + geotextile. From the calculation of the slope reinforcement plan, it is obtained, 1) Reinforcement of the geotextile + subdrain requires 8 layers of geotextile with a tensile strength of 50 kN and a total length of 36 m and a subdrain dimension of 30 cm x 30 cm; 2) Reinforcement of soil nailing requires 125 pieces with a length of 4,5 m; 3) Reinforcement of gabion + geotextile using gabions with dimensions of length 200 cm, width 100 cm and height 50 cm and the number of geotextile required 11 layers of geotextile with a tensile strength of 200 kN and a total length of 71,5 m. Geotextile + subdrain reinforcement is chosen because the cheapest among others. Total cost of material required is IDR 957.001.050.
