Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir yang berjudul Perhitungan Estimasi Waktu Dan Biaya Pembangunan Jalan Tol Cibitung Cilincing ini berada di kota Bekasi. Perhitungan didalam tugas akhir ini mulai dari STA 8+798 – STA 11+004.1. Jalan tol Cibitung Cilincing sebagian besar dibangun dengan struktur pileslab. Pada pembangunan struktur pileslab dibutuhkan rencana manajemen konstruksi yang benar benar matang. Manajemen tersebut mencakup waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan. Penjadwalan yang direncanakan disusun dengan aplikasi MS Project dan dihasilkan Kurva S serta Barchart. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan durasi 361 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp 446.281.837.331,91 ============================================================ The final project, entitled Calculation of Time and Cost Estimates for the Construction of the Cibitung Cilincing Toll Road, is located in the city of Bekasi. Calculations in this final project start from STA 8 + 798 - STA 11 + 004.1. The Cibitung Cilincing toll road is mostly built with a pileslab structure. In the construction of the pileslab structure, a construction management plan that is really mature is needed. The management includes the time and costs needed. The planned scheduling was compiled with the MS Project application and generated S and Barchart curves. From the calculations, 361 days were obtained at a cost of Rp. 446.281.837.331,91
